Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a bait having high preservability, good solubility in water and excellent fish-attracting effect by using bony part of fish and rice bran as main components, mixing proper amounts of bean curd refuse, shrimp crust and organic materials produced by the culture of plural microorganisms, stirring the mixture for a prescribed period, drying with heat and pulverizing the product. CONSTITUTION:About 40 pts.wt. of bony part of fish is mixed with about 30 pts. wt. of rice bran, about 10 pts.wt. of bean curd refuse, about 10 pts.wt. of shrimp crust and about 0.001 pts.wt. of organic materials produced by culturing microorganisms consisting of sugar- and protein-decomposing strain, cellulose-decomposing strain and lignin-decomposing strain and the mixture is fermented with the added microorganism under stirring at about 40-50% for 10-25hr. The fermented material is adjusted to a water-content of preferably about 30%, dried at 80-100 deg.C for about 1hr and pulverized to obtain the objective bait.

[Prior Art] Various types of fishing baits have been studied in the past, especially as fishing has developed.The baits used today are roughly divided into animal baits, vegetable baits, lures, and artificial baits. Food includes annelids such as caterpillars, worms, earthworms, lugworms, larvae such as red beetles, maggots, and earthworms, aquatic insects such as stoneflies, mayflies, and beetles, and adults such as locusts and flies. There are shrimp such as red shrimp and shark; squid such as bluefin squid, saury, and whitebait; fish; shellfish such as oysters and freshwater clams; sardine intestines; pieces of meat such as fish eggs;

In addition, vegetable baits include potatoes, udon noodles, onions, rice grains, etc., and baits include those processed into potatoes, rice cakes, etc., and artificial baits manufactured to resemble fruit parts. However, other than the lures mentioned above, no measures have been taken to prevent them from becoming harmful substances that destroy the natural environment, such as hydrogen sulfide and methane gas, due to decomposition in water. No consideration has been given to particularly dispersing the odor in the water to obtain a fish attracting effect.

[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] Therefore, in order to eliminate the drawbacks of the above-mentioned prior art, the present invention aims to add sugar and protein-degrading bacteria to a product whose main ingredients are fish grains and rice bran, and which are also composed of okara and shrimp shells. , by adding bacteria-cultured organic matter consisting of cellulose-degrading bacteria and lignin-degrading bacteria, etc., to reduce the generation of organic substances such as hydrogen sulfide and methane gas in the water, and further researching the ecology and habits of fish in detail. Based on this result, it was proposed to emit a sweet aroma in water through the saccharification effect of plow fermentation, and to obtain a fish-attracting effect.

Furthermore, the method for producing fish scraps of the second invention is based on a method for producing fish waste at a weight ratio of approximately 40% by weight of fish, a ratio by weight of approximately 30% by weight of rice bran, a ratio by weight of approximately 10% by weight of okara, a ratio by weight of approximately 10% by weight of shrimp shells, and a sugar/proteolytic bacteria, cellulose. Bacterial culture organic material consisting of decomposing bacteria and lignin decomposing eLJ is mixed at a weight ratio of approximately 0.001, and the mixture is heated to approximately 40 to 50°C.
Stir for 10 to 25 hours to remove moisture, then stir for 8 to 25 hours.
It is dried at 0 to 100°C for about 1 hour and then made into a powder.

[Function] As described above, the present invention mixes a bacterial culture organic material consisting of sugar/proteolytic bacteria, cellulose degrading bacteria, lignin degrading bacteria, etc. into materials such as raw fish, rice bran, okara, shrimp shells, and others. This is then heated and stirred for a predetermined period of time to supply oxygen and improve the activity of the bacteria, as well as remove moisture, and then heat and dry it in a dryer or the like to form a powder. It can be stored for a long period of time, and can be used as bait or kneaded into balls for use as fishing bait.

When dispersed in the desired underwater area as wl bait in this way, the water solubility is good, it does not change with time and stirring action, the sedimentation rate and spread are fast, and the sweet fragrance in the water created by bacteria attracts fish. In addition, as mentioned above, if you knead it into a ball and use it as a fishing bait, you can catch fish efficiently, and even if you use it as described above, it has aqueous properties and the action of fermentation bacteria will produce hydrogen sulfide, methane gas, etc. in the water. The generation of harmful substances generated in the hydrogen sulfide,
The amount of methane gas, etc. was reduced to about 50% of the conventional level.

[Effects of the Invention] As explained in detail above, the fish feed produced by the method of the present invention has crude, unfrozen fish as its main component, and contains sugar/proteolytic bacteria, cellulose-degrading bacteria, ritanine-degrading bacteria, etc. Bacterial culture organic matter is mixed in, stirred under heating, moisture removed, and further dried to remove moisture to form a powder, which has a long shelf life and can be used as bait, fishing bait, etc. Furthermore, when this is sprinkled in water or used as fishing bait, it has a good water solubility rate, does not change over time, does not change when stirred, and has a fast sedimentation rate and spread, and together with the action of fermentation bacteria, it has a good water solubility rate. It contains very few harmful substances, thereby reducing the generation of hydrogen sulfide, methane gas, etc., and also has the effect of attracting fish by emitting a sweet aroma due to its saccharification effect, and diffuses odor in the water over a wide area.
It is suitable for the ecology and habits of fish, and has the effect of becoming a practically excellent fish feed.
