Abstract

PURPOSE:To fabricate a cap of a sealing vessel without assembling thereof, by extruding one of the cap body or the sealing part by an extruder and by injection-molding the other one, closely contacting the molded cap body or the sealing part without completely separating it from the molded cap body or the sealing part. CONSTITUTION:A cap body 1 has a screw thread 3 inside and a sealing part 2 is provided fully on the inner surface of the top of the cap body. An opening 5 is pressed on the sealing part 2 to closely seal, the screw thread 6 of the vessel body 4 being meshed with the screw thread 3 of the cap. To form the sealing part 2, a male mold 7 is fitted to a female mold 9 with a clearance of the sealing part 2 and the resin is poured into the clearance from a pouring inlet 8. After the sealing part 2 is molded, the female mold 9 for the primary mold is removed and the female mold 11 for the secondary mold is fitted to the male mold 7 having the sealing part 2 with a space of the cap body 1.
