機械化が非常に難かしく、依然として多数の人員
により非能率な手作業で行なわれているのが現状

架設され且つ主搬送帯と同一速度で同方向に移動
する加圧帯とその両側に並列して高速回転する左
右のカツターとにより構成される第1切断装置と
第2切断装置とを所定の間隔を隔てて前後に対設
しておき、先ず第1切断作動部において載送台上
のサンドイツチ素材を第1切断装置の加圧帯で抑
圧保持したままカツターによりパンの左右の耳部
を切落した後、第2切断作動部に移送される迄の
間にサンドイツチ素材を前記加圧帯から開放させ
ると共に載送台を平面方向に90゜回転させ、次の
第2切断作動部においてサンドイツチ素材を第2
切断装置の加圧帯で抑圧保持したままカツターに
より残りの前後の耳部を切落して製品を排出する
ことを特徴とするものである。

送り込まれ、次に第2切断装置12の加圧帯13
により抑圧された状態でカツター14,14の直
下に移動し、この位置で第3図ヘのように残りの
両耳部S2,S2(当初素材の前後に対向していた両
耳部)を平行に切落した後、第3図トの如く主搬
送帯1の他端部から包装前の製品として、次の包
装ラインのコンベア(図示せず)に排出されるも
のである。

向上することが可能になり、然かも軟らかで形崩
れしやすい素材を加圧帯によつて変形させずに保
持しながら左右及び前後の耳部を正確に切断でき
るため、形状の一定した高品質のサンドイツチを
製造する事ができ、更にこれを機械化した場合、
素材の移送及び切断動作に無理がなく極めて円滑
に加工し得ることは勿論、機械全体が著しくコン
パクトな構造になるので機械の据付けに大きな占
有面積を必要とせず、その生産設備が少なくて済
む事とも相俟つて、サンドイツチの製造コストを
大巾に低減化し得る優れた効果を有するものであ
る。

第2切断作動部においてサンドイツチ素材を第2
切断装置の加圧帯で抑圧保持したままカツターに
より残りの前後の耳部を切落として製品を排出す
ることを特徴とするサンドイツチの製造方法。
