(2) Prior art As a ventilation system for the above-mentioned helmet, for example, an air guide hole is bored in the front wall of the helmet body to communicate the inside and outside of the helmet body and introduce running wind into the inside of the helmet body, and It is conventionally known that a visor is attached that projects forward from the wall surface, and an air guide path is defined within the visor for guiding the traveling wind to the air guide hole (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 60-28505 (see publication).

(3) Problems to be solved by the invention In the conventionally known device described above, the air guide path in the visor was always in a conductive state, so the air flow constantly flowed into the air guide hole regardless of the intention of the wearer. There was a problem with the introduction. In addition, in order to solve this problem,
For example, as shown in Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 58-45327, if the cap body is provided with a means for opening and closing the air guide hole,
This complicates the structure of the cap body itself, and other problems arise, such as the opening and closing operations of the cap being obstructed by the visor.

In addition, in the above-mentioned conventionally known device, when the shield plate covering the front opening of the cap body is provided close to the front wall of the cap body, it is necessary to avoid interference with the visor that protrudes forward from the front wall of the cap body. The shield plate had to be removable rather than vertically swinging,
This has the disadvantage that the range of application is greatly limited. On the other hand, if the shield plate is made to swing up and down and is extended forward until its upper edge overlaps the front end of the visor, the shield In the closed position, the plate blocks the front end opening of the air guide path in the visor, making it difficult to introduce the running air into the air guide hole.

B. Structure of the device (1) Means for solving the problem In order to achieve the above object, according to the present invention, the front wall of the cap body communicates with the inside and outside of the cap body to introduce running wind into the inside of the cap body. In the helmet, the visor is provided with an air guide hole and a visor, and the visor is formed so as to be inclined forwardly and downwardly along a substantially tangential direction of the surface of the cap body. The cap body has a window that faces the opening of the hole and has a wider opening area than the opening, and the cap body has a closed position that covers the front opening of the cap body below the window, and a window that opens the front opening. A shield plate that can swing open and close between an open position and a shield plate is attached, and the visor is further provided with an opening/closing lid that can open and close the window.

(2) Function By opening and closing the opening/closing lid of the visor, it is possible to arbitrarily switch between introducing the traveling air into the cap body through the window and the air guide hole and blocking it. Therefore, there is no risk that the opening/closing operation will be obstructed by the visor.

Therefore, in order to attach the visor 13 and the shield plate 14 to the cap body 2, first, the locking protrusions 16 extending from the contact pieces 15 at both ends of the visor 13 are engaged with the stoppers 7 fixed to the front left and right sides of the cap body 2. It fits into the stop groove 7a. Next, the hole 31 and long hole 32 of the shield plate 14
Insert the small diameter part 36, fixing pin 38 and positioning pin 39 of the mounting member 34 into either of the pin holes 33a and 33b, respectively, and then insert the small diameter part 36 and the fixing pin 38 into the inner diameter part 17a and the pin 19 of the visor 13. insert. Thereafter, a screw 41 is screwed into a screw attachment hole 40 formed in the side wall of the cap body 2 through the screw holes 18 and 37. Thus, the visor 13 and the shield plate 14 are attached to the front surface of the cap body 2. The visor 13 has a locking protrusion 16 and a locking groove 7a.
The engagement with the cap body 2 allows positioning with respect to the cap body 2, and the abutment between the abutment piece 15 and the stopper 7 prevents rotation around the screw 41. By the way, the shield plate 14 is held between the visor 13 and the mounting member 34, and the elongated hole 32 can move around the fixing pin 38 while following the pin 38, so the shield plate 14 is positioned in front of the visor 13. can be swung up and down, resulting in a closed position (solid line in Figure 1) that covers the front opening of the cap body 2 below the window 20 of the visor 13, and an open position (first solid line) that opens the opening. It can be swung open and closed between the two (dashed line in the figure). When the fixing pin 38 comes into contact with the upper end of the elongated hole 32, the positioning pin 39 engages with the lower pin hole 33a and can hold the shield plate 14 in the closed position. When the positioning pin 39 comes into contact with the lower end of the elongated hole 32, the positioning pin 39 engages with the upper pin hole 33b to hold the shield plate 14 in the open position. Further, hook recesses 4b are provided below both ends of the shield plate 14, and when the shield plate 14 is in the closed position, the hook recesses 4b are engaged with the hook protrusions 4a of the stopper 7, thereby closing the shield. Board 1

A user of the helmet puts on the cap body 2, rotates the shield plate 14 downward, and holds it in the closed position shown in solid line in FIG. At this time, the hook convex portion 4a on the cap body 2 side and the hook concave portion 4b on the shield plate 14 side
engage with. Next, as shown in FIG. 7, when the operation piece 27 of the opening/closing mechanism 22 on the back side of the visor 13 is pushed up, the positioning groove 28a and the protrusion 30 are engaged, and the opening/closing lid 25 is positioned above the window 20. The opening/closing mechanism 22 is held at , and the left and right windows 20 are opened simultaneously (opening position A). At this time, the running wind flows from the opened windows 20 to the openings 11a,
The air is introduced into the cap body 2 through the air guide hole 11. When the opening/closing mechanism 22 is operated as described above, the left and right windows 20 facing the cap opening 11a can be simultaneously opened by the opening/closing lid 25.

is formed. As a result, the driving wind is on this taxiway W.
The air can be reliably and intensively introduced into the air guide hole 11 through the opening, and the efficiency of introducing the running air into the cap body is extremely good. Also, it becomes possible to take in a large amount of running wind into the cap body 2. The running air taken into the cap body 2 in this way flows inside the cap body 2, passes through the air supply hole 12 formed in the buffer liner 8 at the rear of the cap body, and is discharged to the outside from the exhaust hole 6 at the rear of the shell 3. Next, as shown in FIG. 8, when the operating piece 27 is pushed up, the positioning groove 28b and the protrusion 30 are engaged, and the opening/closing lid 25 is held in the closed position B of the window 20.
In this case, since the opening/closing lid 25 and the visor 13 are flush with each other, there is no gap between the periphery of the window 20 and the outer periphery of the lid 25, and it is possible to reliably prevent wind from entering the cap body 2. can.

C. Effect of the invention As described above, according to the invention, an air guide hole is formed in the front wall of the cap body to communicate with the inside and outside of the cap body to introduce running wind into the inside of the cap body, and the visor In the helmet, the visor is formed to be inclined forward and downward along a substantially tangential direction of the surface of the cap body, and the opening of the air guide hole faces the opening. The cap body has a wide window, and the cap body includes a shield that can be opened and closed between a closed position that covers the front opening of the cap body below the window and an open position that opens the front opening. A plate is attached to the visor, and the visor is further provided with an opening/closing lid that can open and close the window, so that by opening/closing the opening/closing lid of the visor, traveling wind is introduced into the cap body through the window and the air guide hole. It is convenient to be able to switch between shutting off and shutting off at will, and since the opening/closing lid is installed on the visor, there is no need to specially modify the cap body itself to install the opening/closing lid, and the opening/closing operation is controlled by the visor. There is no risk of being disturbed. In addition, even though the shield plate is vertically swingable, there is no risk of blocking the visor window in the closed position, so when the window is opened by the opening/closing lid, the effect of introducing the traveling wind into the cap body is reduced. This can definitely be achieved.
