Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve a drainage capacity on the side of a washing place and to make it easy to replace and clean plate members for a washing floor, by a method wherein a clearance is formed between the washing floor above a washing place part of a bathroom floor and the bottom thereof, and a number of small holes for drainage are provided on the plate members for the washing floor, and a drain port is provided on the under surface of the clearance. CONSTITUTION:The drainage from a bath 2 flows into a drain port 5 through a drainpipe 7 piercing a partition member 8. If water happens to leak because of a trouble on the side of a bath-placing part 3, it flows on the bath-placing part 3 and then flows into the drain port 5 through drain holes 15 provided on the partition member 8, while the drainage from the side of a washing place 4 almost flows to the washing place 4 in a floor pan 1 through small holes 12 for drainage provided on plate members 13 for a washing floor and then flows into the drain port 5. These plate members 13 are removably arranged because of cleanable, maintainable, decorative properties and it is possible to replace them. On the other hand, when a lot of water is simultaneously drained from the side of the washing place 4, it flows into the bath-placing part 3 through the drain holes 15 provided on the partition member 8. After that, the water of the bath-placing part 3 is also drained ito the drain port 5 through the drain holes 15.

2. Description of the Related Art As shown in FIGS. 4 and 6, a conventional bathroom unit of this type has a floor 31, a bathtub 34, and an apron 36 that are separated. Rather than being made of the same material, they can be constructed from different materials, and can offer advantages in terms of durability and design, depending on the application, and are therefore widely used. A floor 31 of this bathroom unit has a bathtub mounting part 33 and a washing area 32, and a bathtub 34 is placed on the bathtub mounting part 33, and an apron 36 is attached to the front surface. Furthermore, there is a drain port 3 on the floor 31.
9 is formed, and a drainage cover 37 is placed over the drainage port 39.
was placed, and a flow gradient was formed from the washing area 32 and the bathtub placement part 33 toward the drain port 39. In the figure, 40 is a unit wall material, and 38 is a floor leg.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention In such a conventional configuration, the water drained from the bathtub 34 first flows to the bathtub mounting portion 33 and then to the drain port 39. The same applies to the water in the washing area 32. However, if a large amount of waste water is discharged from the washing area 22 at once, it cannot be drained at the same time through the drain port 39, and the overflow water stays in the washing area 22, causing discomfort and exposing the drain port 39. Because of this, it was a step forward in terms of appearance.

Function: In the bathroom unit of the present invention, wastewater flowing from the washing area flows into the numerous drainage holes provided in the washing area body, into the gap formed between the washing area bottom surface and the washing area body, and is drained to the drain port. This washing surface body is detachable and can be removed for easy cleaning and can be replaced with another type of washing surface body.

In the figure, 1 is a floor pan, which is divided into a bathtub mounting part 3 on which a bathtub 2 is placed and a washing area 4. A drain 6 is installed on the side of the washing area 4. A drain hole 6 is provided at the bottom of the bathtub 2, and a drain pipe 7 is inserted through a partition member 8 in a watertight manner and connected to the drain port 6.

In the above configuration, the drainage pipe from the bathtub 2 flows into the drain port 6 via the partition member 8. Next, if water leaks due to trouble on the side of the bathtub mounting part 3, water will flow from the bathtub mounting part 3 to the drain port 6 through the drain hole 16 provided in the flow partition member 8. On the other hand, most of the wastewater from the washing area 4 side flows into the washing area 4 of the floor pan 1 through small drainage holes 12 provided in the washing area body 13, and then flows into the drain port 6. This washing surface body 13 has cleanability, maintenance and design 51,
-7 Due to its nature, it has a removable structure and can be replaced.

Next, when a large amount of water is drained from the washing area 4 side at once, a small amount of water flows into the bathtub mounting part 3 through the drain hole 16 provided in the partition member 8. As the water drains further, the water in the bathtub holder 3 is drained again to the drain port 5 through the drain hole 16. However, if this process is repeated every day, water stains will build up on the bathtub mounting portion 3, causing a sanitary problem, so the partition member 8 is designed to be detachable and can be cleaned.

6.\-7 In other words, the wastewater from the washing area flows into the gap formed between the bottom of the washing area and the washing area through the large number of small drainage holes provided in the washing area, and then flows into the drain outlet. The drainage capacity is improved, and even when a large amount of water is drained at once, water does not overflow onto the washing surface.
