Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent drainage from flowing into the side of a bath tub mounting section and prevent mildew and bad smell from being generated by a method wherein the bottom section of a rise partitioning section is provided with a drainage hole for discharging water from the bath tub mounting section, and wherein the drainage hole is provided with a kerb stop, and wherein the end section of a drain pipe connected to the drainage port of a bath tub is inserted through the rise partitioning section, to be water-tight, to be faced to a drainage section. CONSTITUTION:On the side of a washing place 3, a drainage port 5 is fitted, and on a bath tub mounting section 4, a bath tub 6 is mounted, and its bottom section is provided with a drainage slot, and is inserted through a rise partitioning section 2 by a drain pipe 7, to be water-tight, and is connected to the drainage port 5. Near the drainage port 5 of the bath tub mounting section 4, a stepped section is set, and a reservoir section 13 is formed, and on the rise partitioning section 2, a small drainage slot 14 is formed, and water is stopped by a kerb stop 16. Drain from the side of the washing place 3 flows to the drainage port 5 for drainage, and drain from the side of the bath tub 6 flows into the drainage port 5 via the drain pipe 7. When leakage water is generated on the side of the bath tub 6, then it flows through the bath tub mounting section 4, and by removing the kerb stop 16 of the drainage slot 14, the water flows to the drainage port 5, and cleaning can be performed.

2. Description of the Related Art As shown in FIGS. 10 and 11, a conventional floor pan-type pass unit of this type has a floor 21, a bathtub 24, and an apron 26 that are separated, so that the bathtub and washing area are integrated. Unlike bath units, which are made of the same material, they can be constructed from different materials, and can exhibit their features in terms of durability and design, depending on the application, and are therefore widely used. In this case (7), as shown in FIGS. 10 and 11, the floor 21 consists of a bathtub mounting part 23 and a washing area 22,
A bathtub 24 is placed on the bathtub placement part 23, and an apron 26 is attached to the front surface. Furthermore, there is a drain 2 on the floor 21.
9 is formed, and a drainage cover 27 is placed over the drainage port 29.
was installed, and a flow gradient was formed from the washing area 22 and the bathtub placement part 23 toward the drain 29.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention In such a conventional configuration, water drained from the bathtub 24 first flows to the bathtub mounting portion 23 and then to the drain port 29. The same applies to the water from the washing area 22. However, if a large amount of water is discharged from the washing area 22 at once, the water cannot be drained at the same time through the drain port 29, and the overflowing water will also flow into the bathtub mounting portion 23. When you take a bath every day, repeating this process on a daily basis naturally keeps the bathtub holder 23 constantly moist, causing water scale to build up on the surface, leading to mold and bad odors. There was a problem.

Function: In the bathroom device of the present invention, the water flowing from the washing area does not flow into the bathtub mounting portion, but flows into the drain port due to the rising partition provided in the floor pan. In addition, water from the bathtub is drained directly to the drain port by a drain pipe. Furthermore, the rising partition is removable and can be removed to wipe off water that has flowed from the washing area into the bathtub mounting area. Also, if the stand-up partition member is made of transparent material.

In the unlikely event that water leaks from the bathtub, the pool of water can be seen from the washing water side, and can be flushed to the drain by removing the rising partition. In addition, if a capillary material is provided that leads to the drain, the water on the bathtub installation side will naturally flow to the drain due to capillary action.

In the above configuration, first, the waste water from the washing water side 3 flows to the drain port 6 and is drained. On the other hand, drainage from the bathtub 6 side flows into the drain port 6 via the drain pipe 7. Next, in the unlikely event that there is a problem with the bathtub e side and there is water leakage,
water flow, and the water stop valve 1 of the drain hole 14 provided in the rising partition part 2
6 flows into the drain port 6. If this kind of thing is repeated on a daily basis, water scale will build up in the reservoir part 13, making it unsanitary, so the rising partition part 2 is designed to be detachable with screws, so that it can be removed and cleaned. Further, the upper surface of the drainage section 6 is covered with a drainage cover 12.

In the above embodiment, the drain port 6 is located at the center end of the floor pan, but the position is not limited to this, and as shown in FIG. The effects of the present invention can also be achieved with a structure in which the groove A is formed in the washing area 3 and the drain cover 12 is provided on the groove A in the opposite position.

In Fig. 6, the water stop valve 16 attached to the drain hole 14 is connected to the drain cover 13 by a chain 171C.
In the figure, the water stop valve 16 is molded integrally with the drain cover 13, and both can be effective without forgetting to remove the water stop valve 16. In FIG. 7, at least a portion of the riser partition 2 is made of a transparent material, and the same effect can be expected since it is possible to know whether the water accumulates on the washing water side or on the bathtub. Furthermore, Fig. 8.

That is, the waste water from the bathtub flows directly from the washing area to the drain port, and does not flow into the bathtub mounting part, which is particularly unsanitary. In the event that water leaks from the bathtub, you can remove the drain hole provided in the riser partition or remove the partition, and use the hair material to drain water to the drain outlet. In addition, the riser partition can be removable. It has a flexible structure, and the reservoir can be easily cleaned, removing limescale and removing water stains, which was previously unsanitary.
It is possible to clean the bathtub mounting part where mold and bad odor have occurred.
