Traditionally, as a means to add designs and patterns to woven fabrics by means other than dyeing, metallized Japanese paper or film has been finely slit into gold and silver threads (called hikihaku or hirahaku), or these have been wrapped around other twisted threads. A method for obtaining a woven fabric having a metallic luster color and an arbitrary design or pattern by using round-twisted gold and silver thread in combination with the weft or warp of a woven fabric to be woven; A method is known in which a pattern is coated with an adhesive and a thin film with a metallic luster, such as gold or silver foil, is adhered to the adhesive surface to obtain a woven fabric having a metallic lustrous design or pattern. The woven fabric obtained by the former method is known as woven fabric using gold and silver thread, and the woven fabric obtained by the latter method is known as Kinsai Yuzen.

However, in the former case, the gold and silver threads are made of paper or synthetic resin film as the base material, so they are different materials from the weft and warp used in general woven fabrics, and their texture is also different from that of the general weft and warp. Hard. Therefore, when gold and silver threads are woven into the fabric, the original texture of the fabric is significantly impaired. Furthermore, when using gold and silver threads based on Japanese paper, it is impossible to soap the resulting woven fabric.

Moreover, in the latter case, there is a problem that the adhesive penetrates between the grains of the woven fabric and the texture is significantly impaired.

That is, the present invention provides a non-adhesive treatment for parts other than patterns and patterns of a metallic luster-colored thin film to be attached in a later process to an assembly in which weft or warp threads in the form of twisted threads to be sewn are arranged in advance and arranged in parallel. A transfer foil having a transfer layer consisting of an adhesive layer and a metallic luster colored thin film on the gold surface is placed on top of the transfer foil, and the transfer layer of the transfer foil is transferred to the non-adhesive layer by pressing the entire surface and peeling it off. A metallic luster-colored thin film with a desired design or pattern was transferred to the unprocessed area and pasted thereon, and the wefts or warps to which the metallic luster-colored thin film was pasted were arranged in the order of arrangement in the aggregate. The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a woven fabric, characterized in that the woven fabric is weaved with a woven cloth so that the same design or pattern as that on the aggregate is expressed in the woven structure.

First, as shown in Figures 1 to 3, weft yarns Y to be woven are placed on a support 1 having approximately the same width as the woven fabric of the woven fabric to be woven.
Y 1 , Y 2 , Y 3 , ... Yn ...] are aligned in the width direction and arranged in parallel to form an aggregate 2 of weft yarns Y. A non-adhesive treatment is applied to the parts of the aggregate 2 other than the designs and patterns of the metallic luster colored thin film to be pasted in a later process, and a transfer layer consisting of an adhesive layer 3 and a metallic lustrous colored thin film 4 is applied over the entire surface. By overlapping the transfer foil having the transfer foil, pressing it on the entire surface, and then peeling it off, the transfer layer of the transfer foil is transferred to the part that has not been subjected to the non-adhesive treatment,
Desired design or pattern (represented by design below)
An aggregate 2 is obtained in which a transfer layer, that is, a metallic luster colored thin film 4 is adhered to (letter A in FIG. 1).

In the above, A metallic luster-colored thin film is attached to the weft threads to create a pattern on the woven fabric, but a metallic luster-colored thin film may be attached to the warp threads, or even a metallic luster-colored thin film is attached to both the weft and warp threads. You may also paste.

The weft and warp yarns used in the present invention are twisted yarns such as silk yarn, artificial silk yarn, wool yarn, cotton yarn, and synthetic fiber yarn used in general woven fabrics. Therefore, unlike gold and silver thread, the base material is not paper or synthetic resin film, so the texture of the resulting woven fabric is significantly superior to that of conventional fabrics using gold and silver thread. In addition, in the present invention, a metallic luster-colored thin film is formed on each of the weft and warp threads, and this is woven, so the stitches of the woven fabric will not be crushed by the adhesive, and it will be smooth. However, the texture is significantly superior to the conventional gold-painting technique, which involves applying an adhesive to a pre-prepared woven fabric and attaching a metallic luster-colored thin film. Furthermore, in the present invention, the formation of a metallic luster-colored thin film on each of the weft and warp yarns is performed by transferring a transfer layer of a transfer foil having an adhesive layer onto an aggregate of weft yarns or warp yarns to be woven. Because I am doing this by
Unlike the case where adhesive is applied to each weft or warp yarn and a metallic luster color thin film is applied, the adhesive does not penetrate into the twisted yarns, so each yarn has an excellent texture.

That is, a non-adhesive treatment is applied to the parts other than the pattern to be formed on the assembly 2, a transfer foil having a metallic luster color thin film and an adhesive layer is layered thereon, and the entire surface is pressed and stamped using, for example, a rubber press. The transfer layer is transferred to the pattern area that has not been subjected to non-adhesive processing.

Non-adhesive processing can be done using fluorine-based or silicone-based water/oil repellents [e.g. Scotchigard (Sumitomo 3M Co., Ltd.'s fluorine-based water/oil repellent, Scotchigard: registered trademark), silicone KP301 (Shin-Etsu Chemical Co., Ltd.) This is done by applying a silicone-based water/oil repellent) onto the aggregate 2.

As the transfer foil used in the present invention, a usual transfer foil for textiles having a heat-sensitive or pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is used. For example, if necessary, a release layer is formed on the base film, and on top of that, (a) metal vapor deposited layer, (b) metal foil, (c) colored coating film + metal vapor deposition layer, or (d) colored coating film +
Examples of transfer foils include a structure in which a metallic luster-colored thin film such as metal foil is formed, and an adhesive layer is further formed thereon.

In the present invention, a transfer foil having a multicolored metallic luster color thin film is used, a plurality of transfer foils of different metallic luster colors are butted together and stamped, or a plurality of transfer foils of different metallic luster colors are sequentially stamped. By doing so, it is possible to obtain a pattern with a rich metallic luster.

In the above, a metallic luster-colored thin film is pasted on one side of the assembly 2 to form a design on only one side, but a metallic luster-colored thin film may be pasted on both sides to form a design on both sides. When a pattern is formed on only one side of the aggregate 2, when the weft or warp yarns constituting the aggregate 2 are taken out and woven, the threads are twisted, so the side to which the metallic luster-colored thin film is attached is always the woven fabric. Although it may not always be on the front side, when a pattern is formed on both sides of the aggregate 2, there is an advantage that even if the weft or warp threads are twisted during weaving, a metallic luster-colored thin film is likely to appear on the front side of the woven fabric. Furthermore, if the designs formed on both sides of the aggregate 2 are made to have different metallic luster colors, the design created on the woven fabric by twisting the threads during weaving will be a mixture of two kinds of metallic luster colors.

If the weft or warp threads are taken out one by one from the aggregate 2, which has a design formed on one or both sides with a metallic luster-colored thin film as described above, and are sewn in that order, a pattern identical to the design of the aggregate 2 will be obtained. is obtained on the woven fabric. There are no particular restrictions on the weaving method; plain weave,
Twill weave, satin weave, wicker weave, composite weave, etc. are all used.
