(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) However, one of the major weaknesses of synthetic rubber is that it has poor abrasion resistance and weather resistance, and it also cannot be colored in various colors. Furthermore, this processing method is limited to injection molding and requires a vulcanization process, which has various limitations that hinder the reduction of manufacturing costs.

First, the vinyl chloride resin used as the main material in the present invention is a vinyl chloride monomer, and if necessary, monomers that can be copolymerized with it, such as acrylic resins such as vinyl acetate, ethylene, propylene, vinylidene chloride, and acrylonitrile. Any polymer can be used as long as it has an average degree of polymerization of 2000 or more, obtained by adding a monomer and reacting it by suspension polymerization, bulk polymerization, emulsion polymerization, solution polymerization, etc.
It can be used alone or as a mixture of two or more thereof. If the average degree of polymerization is less than 2000, the resulting molded product will have a low compression set and is not practical.

The ethylene-vinyl acetate-carbon monoxide terpolymer resin used as the second component is of the type commercially available as Elvaloy 742 (average molecular weight: 250,000 or more, manufactured by Mitsui Polychemicals, trade name). It is necessary to mix 50 to 200 parts by weight of the above vinyl chloride resin with respect to 100 parts by weight of the vinyl chloride resin. If the amount is less than 50 parts by weight, only a molded product with low hardness will be obtained, and if it exceeds 200 parts by weight, the properties aimed at by the present invention, such as weather resistance, will not be improved as the amount increases, and the economy will be reduced. It is not desirable because it impairs the sex.

Moreover, this terpolymer resin has an average molecular weight of 250.0.
