と共に、上記研摩布の設定位置を検知したときに指令を
出して上記連結部材の回動を停止させる検知手段を配設
し、上記研摩ロボットにて上記軸状部材の係合部を連結
部材と連結させ、この状態で上記連結部材および軸状部
材を回動させることにより上記研摩機を位置出し装置側
に前進させると共に、上記研摩布を上記検知手段にて検
