Claims (8)

1. The nail gun casting flash grinding process is characterized by comprising the following steps of:
feeding: the nail gun feeding device (2) positions and conveys a nail gun casting (10) to the manipulator (1);
clamping a nail gun casting: the manipulator (1) clamps a nail gun casting (10) on the nail gun feeding device (2);
polishing the front line type flash: the front linear flash is exposed when the manipulator (1) clamps the nail gun casting (10), and the front linear flash is aligned with a polishing abrasive belt (323) of a flash polishing device (3) for polishing;
polishing the first side face: the manipulator (1) clamps the nail gun casting (10) on a transfer clamp (33) of a flash polishing device (3) in a state that a first side face faces upwards, and then polishes the first side face, facing upwards, of the nail gun casting (10) through a plane polishing device (52) on the manipulator (1);
and (3) polishing the second side surface: the manipulator (1) turns the nail gun casting (10) on the transfer fixture (33) for 180 degrees, so that the second side of the nail gun casting faces upwards and is clamped on the transfer fixture (33), and then a plane grinding device (52) on the manipulator (1) grinds the second side, facing upwards, of the nail gun casting (10);
polishing the back line type flash: clamping the nail gun casting (10) on the transfer fixture (33) by using the manipulator (1), exposing the linear flash on the back of the nail gun casting (10), and aligning the linear flash on the back to a polishing abrasive belt (323) of a flash polishing device (3) for polishing;
blanking: transferring the polished nail gun casting (10) to a nail gun blanking device (4) and conveying the nail gun casting to the next process through the nail gun blanking device (4);
the manipulator (1) clamps a nail gun casting (10) through a grinding and clamping integrated clamp (5), a three-dimensional force sensor is arranged between the manipulator (1) and the grinding and clamping integrated clamp (5), the friction force and the pressure of the nail gun casting (10) are sensed when the manipulator (1) clamps the nail gun casting (10) to be polished, and the motion track of the manipulator (1) is adjusted when the friction force is smaller than a preset friction force value or the pressure is larger than a preset value.
2. The flash sanding process for nail gun castings according to claim 1, characterized in that the motion trajectory of each process of the manipulator (1) is preset.
3. The flash sanding process for nail gun castings according to claim 1, wherein the sanding-clamping integrated clamp (5) comprises a clamp body (50) and a linear sanding clamp (51) and a plane sanding device (52) arranged on the clamp body (50), the linear sanding clamp (51) comprising a front line sanding clamp (511) and a back line sanding clamp (512).
4. The flash sanding process for nail gun castings according to claim 3, wherein the front line sanding jig (511), the back line sanding jig (512) and the plane sanding device (52) are respectively provided on three mutually perpendicular surfaces of the jig body (50).
5. The flash sanding process for nail gun castings according to claim 3, characterized in that the main line sanding jig (511) comprises a first clamping finger (5111) and a second clamping finger (5112), the first clamping finger (5111) and the second clamping finger (5112) being used for clamping the head and tail of the nail gun casting (10) respectively to expose the front face to be sanded;
the back line grinding clamp (512) comprises a third clamping finger (5121) and a fourth clamping finger (5122), wherein the third clamping finger (5121) and the fourth clamping finger (5122) are used for respectively clamping the head and the tail of the nail gun casting (10) to expose the back to be ground.
6. The nail gun casting flash sanding process according to claim 3, wherein the flat sanding device (52) comprises a flat sanding disc (521) and a flat sanding drive motor (522) connected to the flat sanding disc (521) for driving the flat sanding disc (521) to rotate.
7. The flash sanding process for nail gun castings according to claim 1, characterized in that the flash sanding device (3) comprises a fixed bracket (31) and a linear sander (32) and a turning clamp (33) provided on the fixed bracket (31);
the linear grinding machine (32) comprises a driving wheel (321), a driven wheel (322), a grinding abrasive belt (323), a linear grinding driving motor (324) and a tensioning device (325), wherein the grinding abrasive belt (323) is tensioned on the driving wheel (321) and the driven wheel (322), an output shaft of the linear grinding driving motor (324) is connected with the driving wheel (321), the tensioning device (325) comprises a tensioning rod (326) fixed on the fixed support (31), an adjusting rod (327) with a first end hinged to the upper end of the tensioning rod (326), a tensioning wheel (329) hinged to the second end of the adjusting rod 327 and an elastic telescopic rod (328) hinged to the lower end of the tensioning rod (326) and the other end of the adjusting rod (327), the tensioning wheel (329) is arranged on the adjusting rod (327), and the tensioning wheel (329) is positioned between the driving wheel (321) and the driven wheel (322), the elastic telescopic rod (328) extends elastically to enable the adjusting rod (327) to swing upwards, and the tensioning wheel (329) is driven to be tensioned on the upper section of the sanding belt (323).
8. The flash sanding process for nail gun castings according to claim 7, wherein the transfer fixture (33) is a pneumatic flat clamp finger disposed on one side of the fixing bracket (31) and having an opening facing upward.
