ツト爪に係合させ、作動されて上記ラチエツト爪
の上記ラチエツト歯への係合を解除させる電磁ア
クチユエータと、一端を上記ブラケツトに揺動自
在に支持させ、他端を上記操作ロツドの他端に連
結させたブレーキワイヤ操作レバーと、ボタンを
上記ハンドルに配置した電磁アクチユエータ作動
用スイツチとを備え、上記ハンドルを引出すこと
によつて、上記操作ロツドを介して上記ブレーキ
ワイヤ操作レバーを作動させ、もつてブレーキワ
イヤをブレーキ動作方向へ引くとともに、上記ラ
チエツト歯の適宜位置を上記ラチエツト爪に係止
させて上記ブレーキワイヤ操作レバーをロツクし
、上記ボタンを操作し、上記電磁アクチユエータ
を作動させて上記スプリングに付勢力を蓄積し、
上記ハンドルをさらに引出すことによつて上記ス
プリングの付勢力との協働のもとに、上記ラチエ
ツト爪を上記ラチエツト歯から離反させるように
