Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 この特許は４サイクルエンジンの燃焼室の吸気機能に関
するものである。
本案の原案となるものは出願番号６３−１７７９２９で
す。原案では１気筒用に考案されたものですが本案では
２気筒にすることで原案より構造が簡単でより高性能を
発揮させるように考案したもので従来からある２サイク
ルのクランクは右のピストンが真上にあるときは左のピ
ストンが真下にありますがこれを４サイクルのクランク
傾のよう１こ右左おなじ位置にピストンαｌ　ｉｌｌの
頭部をならべることで２気筒用時にピストンが上るとき
に混合ガスをクランクケースＯ’４　ｔｌ：１に２気筒
分を吸い込みピストンが下るときにおこるクランクケー
スの圧縮で吸気用ポート（７）を通して右（８）か左（
９）かの１気筒にだけ送り込むことで現在ある４サイク
ルエンジンの燃焼室に約２倍の混合ガスをより簡単に送
り込める４サイクルエンジンの吸入装置である。
【図面の簡単な説明】
第１図はピストンが真上ｌこあリフランクケースが混合
ガスを１００９６吸い込んだ当時第２図はピストンが真
下にありクランクケースが混合ガスを１００％圧縮した
当時 第３図は右のピストンはクランクケースで圧縮された混
合ガスが吸気用ボートを通り吸気バルブから燃焼室に入
り左のピストンは爆発行程が始まりピストンを真ん中に
押し下げた当時 第４図は右のピストンは爆発が終り排気ガスを排気バル
ブから外に押し出し中左のピストンは吸い込んだ混合ガ
スを圧縮中クランクケースは混合ガスを吸い込み中の当
時 第５図は右のピストンは爆発行程が始まりピストンを真
ん中に押し下げ左のピストンはクランクケースで圧縮さ
れた混合ガスが吸気用ボートを通り吸気バルブから燃焼
室に入った当時 第６図は右のピストンは吸い込んだ混合ガスを圧縮中左
のピストンは爆発が終り排気ガスを排気バルブから外に
押し出し中クランクケースは混合ガスを吸い込み中の当

Claims (1)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. ２個のピストン（１０）（１１）の頭部が並列にならん
    だクランク（１６）４サイクル２気筒用のものを使い２
    サイクルのエンジンのクランクケースの真中に仕切りの
    ない２気筒の２サイクルエンジンのクランクケース（１
    ２）（１３）を使いピストンが上がるときにおこる２気
    筒分の込み圧で混合ガスを吸い込みピストン（１０）（
    １１）が下るときにおこるクランクケース（１２）（１
    ３）の圧縮で吸い込んだ混合ガスをクランクケースから
    吸気用ポート（７）を通して４サイクルの燃焼室（８）
    （９）に吸気バルブ（３）（４）を通して２気筒の内の
    右（８）か左（９）かどつちかの１つの気筒にだけ送り
    込む装置。
