Abstract

PURPOSE:To control grease adhering to sections not required and apply the proper quantity by combining a number of needles slidably on a transfer head, chipping off the grease adhered to the side surfaces of the needles and making the same adhered to the end of the transfer head. CONSTITUTION:A coating head constituted of a number of needles 25 slidably on a transfer head 24 is transferred close to a grease tank 22. Then, the needles 25 only are sunk into grease 23 in the grease tank 22 to make the grease adhered to the needles 25 and lifted up from the grease tank. Then, the grease adhered to the side surfaces of the needles are chipped off by sliding the needles 25 only with the transfer head 24 fixed and the grease quantity is made adhered to the end of the transfer head 24, and transferred and the grease is applied to a component 21 by means of the transfer head 24. Thus, a proper quantity of grease can be applied without being restricted by the area of the end of the head.

In the above configuration, first, the application head consisting of the transfer head 14 and the ring 16 is brought above the grease tank 12, the transfer head 14 is stopped at a certain height, and the ring 16 is stopped.
When the ring 15 is pulled up from the grease 13 by submerging it in the grease 13 and then leaving the transfer head 14 at the same height, the grease 13 adheres to the side surface of the ring 16.
When the inner diameter of the transfer head 14 and the outer diameter of the ring 15 are aligned, the grease 13 attached to the outside of the ring 16 is removed.
is scraped onto the tip of the transfer head 14, and by pressing the tip of the transfer head 14 onto the surface of the component 11 to be coated, an appropriate amount of grease 13 can be applied.

Means 5 to solve the problem \ In order to solve this problem, the grease application method of the present invention is as follows:
A large number of needles are slidably combined on the transfer head,
Submerge only the needle of the applicator head into the grease tank, coat it with grease, and then pull it up.With the transfer head still in place, slide only the needle, scrape off the grease attached to the side of the needle, and place it on the tip of the transfer head. This method involves depositing an appropriate amount of grease and applying the grease to the parts.

EXAMPLE Hereinafter, an example of the present invention will be described with reference to one drawing. 1A and 1B show a grease application head in an embodiment of the present invention, and FIGS. 2A to 2D show the procedure of the grease application method of the present invention. Figure 1,
In FIG. 2, 21 is a part that is ready to be coated with grease, 22 is a grease tank filled with grease, 23 is grease, 24 is a cylindrical grease transfer head, and 26 is arranged in a circular shape inside the thick wall of the transfer head 24. The needles 26 are a needle holder that holds a large number of needles 25, and the needles 25 are configured to be able to slide up and down through holes provided in the transfer head 24.

The operation of the grease application method configured as described above will be explained below using FIGS. 2a to 2f.゛First,
As shown in FIG. 2a, a coating head consisting of a transfer head 24 and a needle 25 is brought onto the grease tank 22,
The transfer head 24 is stopped at a certain height, and only the needle 25 is submerged in the grease 23 as shown in FIG. Next, the transfer head 24 is left at the same height and the needle 25 is pulled up from the grease 23 as shown in FIG. 2C.

When the grease 23 adheres to the side surface of the needle 26 and the outer periphery of the needle 25 is rubbed against the hole provided in the transfer head 24, the grease 23 adhered to the side surface of the needle 26 is transferred as shown in Fig. 2d. It will be scraped off at the tip of the head 24. At this time, the needle 25 is raised to a height where the tip of the needle 26 and the tip of the transfer head 24 meet. Then, move the transfer head 24 as shown in FIG. 2,
By pressing the tip of the transfer head 24 onto the surface of the component 21 as soon as it is coated, as shown in FIG. 2f, an appropriate amount of grease 23 can be applied. The amount of grease 23 attached to the side surface of the needle 25 is determined by the surface area of the needle 25 that is submerged in the grease 23, so by changing the depth that the needle 25 is submerged in the grease 23, the amount of grease applied can be adjusted.
