積するボルトの選別装置であって、ボルトの供給部を備
える供給装置と、該供給装置から受取ったボルトを搬送
する搬送装置と、ボルトの径と長さとを計測する計測装
置と、該計測装置の計測結果に基づいてボルトを選別集
積するストック装置とを備え、該搬送装置に、垂直軸線
廻りに回転自在な回転軸を設け、該回転軸に先端にボル
トを把持するチャックを備える複数の搬送アームを放射
状等間隔に取付け、該搬送装置の周囲に前記供給装置と
前記計測装置と前記ストック装置とを前記搬送アームの
取付間隔と同一間隔に配設し、前記回転軸を駆動源によ
り間欠回転させて該各搬送アームのチャックをこれら装
置に逐次臨ませるようにしたことを特徴とするボルトの
選別装置。 2、前記チャックを前記搬送アームに対して進退自在に
設けると共に、該アームに該チャックを進退させる駆動
源を設けたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のボルトの
選別装置。3、搬送装置のチャックに把持されたボルト
の径と長さとを計測する計測装置であって、該チャック
が臨むハウジングに、該チャックに把持されたボルトを
直径方向から挟んでボルトの径を計測する径計測ユニッ
トと、該チャックに把持されたボルトを上下方向から挟
んでボルトの長さを計測する長さ計測ユニットとを設け
たことを特徴とするボルトの選別装置に用いるボルトの
計測装置。 4、前記径計測ユニットを、チャックに把持されたボル
トの上下方向の複数箇所を計測するように複数組配設し
たことを特徴とする請求項3に記載のボルトの選別装置
に用いるボルトの計測装置。 5、供給されたボルトをボルトの種類別に所定のストッ
カに集積するストック装置であって、垂直軸線廻りに回
動自在な回動軸を備え、該回動軸に先端にボルトを把持
するチャックを取付けた回動アームを設けると共に、該
チャックの回転軌跡の直下に周方向に間隙を存して複数
のストッカを備えたことを特徴とするボルトの選別装置
に用いるボルトのストック装置。
