Claims

A container body 1 with a mouth and neck part 2 erected, and a central part of a bottom wall 7 whose upper end is fitted into the mouth and neck part and a guide cylinder 6 is suspended into the container body and which closes the lower end surface of the guide cylinder. A small diameter cylinder 8 is erected from the main cylinder member 3, and a suction pipe 10 is suspended to the bottom of the container body via a suction valve 9 provided at the lower end of the small diameter cylinder, and the guide cylinder 6 is fitted into the inner surface of the guide cylinder 6 so as to be movable up and down. A large diameter cylindrical piston 21 that rises from the large diameter cylinder 15 and a small diameter cylindrical piston 21 fitted into the small diameter cylinder 8 so as to be vertically movable is attached to the upper end of a communicating tube 22 that moves vertically within the large diameter cylinder. A plunger-like member 20 with a piston 23 attached thereto is installed in the large-diameter cylinder 15 and has its lower end locked on the lower inner surface of the large-diameter cylinder 15, and its upper end locked on the lower surface of the large-diameter cylindrical piston 23, respectively.
