吊り掛けして容器体１内に垂設され、吸込み弁８
を設けた底部開口から下方に吸上げ管９を連通垂
下させた小径シリンダー２と、上面周縁部から案
内筒１０を立設して前記口頚部７に嵌合され、前
記小径シリンダー２を押え固定するねじキヤツプ
３と、一側にノズル孔１１を開孔し、外部周壁１
２を前記案内筒１０に内嵌して昇降可能に設けら
れ、内部周壁を大径シリンダー１３に形成した押
下げヘツド４と、上端に前記大径シリンダー１３
に内嵌する筒状の大径ピストン１４を形成し、下
端を前記小径シリンダー２上部に内嵌し、中間部
に段部１５を設けて復帰ばね１６で常時上方に押
上げ付勢されている筒状のピストン部材５と、こ
のピストン部材５を上下に挿通した棒状体であつ
て、下端に前記小径シリンダー２に内嵌する上向
きのスカート状弁２１を設け、かつ前記段部１５
との間に介在した押上げばね１７で上方に押し上
げられ、上端の吐出弁体１８が常時前記押下げヘ
ツド４下面の吐出孔１９を閉塞し、外面一側に大
