ル１６付き押下げヘツド１７を嵌着させた作動部
材１８と、上記シリンダ内下部から起立させた棒
状部材３１とを有し、上記ステムの下部の上下に
大外径部２１，２２を設けてこれ等両大外径部間
にステム部分１５ｃ下部に吐出弁孔２３を穿設す
ると共にそのステム部分外面に筒状ピストン２０
を、シリンダに対する作動部材１８下降時には筒
状ピストン上端が上方大外径部２１下面に接しか
つ吐出弁孔２３を開いて、又作動部材上昇時には
筒状ピストン下端が下方大外径部２２外面に接し
かつ吐出弁孔２３を閉じて、ステムに対して時間
差をおいて摺動可能に嵌合させ、更に上記吐出弁
孔２３下方のステム部分内面には、上記棒状部材
の棒部３２外面に常時水密に接したまゝ摺動する
シール用スカート状部２４を周設したことを特徴
