一部が形成する第１螺筒部２７に第２螺筒２８を
上下動可能に螺合させ、該第２螺筒上部に周設さ
れた第１係合部２９を上記ヘツド周壁下端に周設
された第２係合部２２ａへ回動可能に係合させ、
上記第１螺筒部２７に対する第２螺筒２８の螺合
長さを変えることで、上記筒状ピストンのストロ
