記螺条に頂壁１６から垂下する筒部１７の下部外
面を螺合させると共に筒部の上部からノズル１６
ａを突出する押下げヘツド１５と、上記筒部１７
内へ上端部を嵌着させてシリンダ３内へ管部１８
を垂下させ、該管部の上端部内へは吐出弁１９を
