プ14を垂設すると共に、管部8の上部を、押下
げ部11に形成して該押下げ部の外面一部に上記
管部の管孔と連通する吐出孔17を開口する作動
部材15と、上記保持筒3に対して作動部材15
を上方へ付勢する圧縮スプリング16とで、形成
させ、上記吐出弁の弁体13aを、上記保持筒3
に対する作動部材15の急速下降によつて開弁可
能に、かつ該弁体の比重を吐出液体よりも大に形
