プ１４を垂設すると共に、管部８の上部を、押下
げ部１１に形成して該押下げ部の外面一部に上記
管部の管孔と連通する吐出孔１７を開口する作動
部材１５と、上記保持筒３に対して作動部材１５
を上方へ付勢する圧縮スプリング１６とで、形成
させ、上記吐出弁の弁体１３ａを、上記保持筒３
に対する作動部材１５の急速下降によつて開弁可
能に、かつ該弁体の比重を吐出液体よりも大に形
