Claims

[Scope of utility model registration request]

A cylindrical cylinder having a valve chamber with a dip tube connected to the lower end and a valve ball disposed inside the lower end is hung from the lower surface of the top plate of the cap that is assembled to the upper end of the container, and is bored into the top plate of the cap.
