- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 原稿画像を画像濃度信号に変換し、変換した画
像濃度信号をデジタル画像情報に変換する画像読
取手段と、一定サイズの原稿のデジタル画像情報
をそれぞれ記憶する複数個のページメモリを有す
る画像情報記憶手段と、各ページメモリに記憶さ
れたデジタル画像情報を順次複写する複写手段と
を有するデジタル複写機において、 複数個のページメモリのうち、いずれかが故障
したときにその故障を検知する故障検知手段と、 該故障検知手段からの故障検知信号を受けて複
写可能な最大の用紙サイズを設定する用紙サイズ
設定手段と、用紙サイズ設定手段で設定された用
紙サイズを表示する表示手段とを備えたことを特
徴とするデジタル複写機。
