第３図は従来のオイルフリースクリユ式ポンプ装
置の断面図、第４図は第３図に示す装置の油が溜
まつた状態における−線断面図である。 ２，３……排油孔、７……スプラインカツプリ
ング、１１……ポンプ本体、１２…高周波モータ
、１３……接続ケーシング、１４……排油流路、
１８……スクリユロータ、２１……モーターロー

Claims (1)
- 互いに噛み合う雌雄一対のスクリユロータをケ
ーシング内に回転可能に収納したオイルフリー式
のポンプ本体と、スクリユロータ駆動用の高周波
モータと、下部に油溜め部を形成する一方、側部
に上記ポンプ本体と上記高周波モータを取付け、
上記スクリユロータの駆動側のロータ軸と上記モ
ータのモーターロータ軸とを適宜カツプリングに
より同軸上に結合してこのモーターロータ軸の回
転を上記スクリユロータの駆動側のロータ軸に伝
達させる接続ケーシングと、上記モーターロータ
軸を支持する注油式軸受部から上記油溜め部に至
る排油流路とを備えたスクリユ式ポンプ装置にお
いて、上記モータのモータ室下部から上記油溜め
部に至る排油流路を設けたことを特徴とするオイ
ルフリースクリユ式ポンプ装置。
