Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent leakage to the outside from mold register sections of the stock solution of a foaming synthetic resin on the foam molding of a pad material by integrally joining a supporter material onto the bottom of the pad material, forming the supporter material in size larger than the bottom of the pad material and holding the terminal of the supporter material by the mold register sections of the bottom force and top force of a foam molding die. CONSTITUTION:A supporter material 25 is shaped in size larger than the bottom of a pad material 23, the stock solution 23a of a foaming synthetic resin is injected to a bottom force 12 under the state in which the terminal 25a of the supporter material 25 is held by the mold register sections 15 of the bottom force 12 and top force 13 of a foam molding die 11, and the pad material 23 is form-molded unified with the supporter material 25. Even when the stock solution 23a of the foaming synthetic resin leaks from the mold register sections 15 at that time, the terminal 25a of the supporter material 25 is impregnated with the stock solution 23a, thus preventing the liquid spill of the stock solution 23a, then generating no burr. Accordingly, a post-finishing process such as deburring operation is unnecessitated, thus improving operating efficiency.

According to the present invention, the supporter material is formed larger than the bottom of the padding material, and the padding material is foam-formed with the end of the supporter material being sandwiched between the lower mold and the upper mold of the foam molding mold. Therefore, if the foamed synthetic resin stock solution leaks from the mold matching part of the foam mold, the foamed synthetic resin stock solution will impregnate the end of the supporter material, preventing leakage of the foamed synthetic resin stock solution, and preventing the foaming synthetic resin stock solution from leaking. It is possible to prevent the occurrence of flakes in the resin, eliminate the need for post-finishing processes such as removing flakes, and improve work efficiency. Further, since the skin material covered with the pad material is attached to the seat frame etc. via the supporter material, and the skin material does not come into direct contact with the seat frame, there is no risk of damaging the skin material.

The above is the structure of an embodiment of the integrally molded product of the supporter material and the pad material according to the present invention. According to such a structure, the supporter material is integrally joined to the bottom of the pad material, and the supporter material is formed larger than the bottom of the pad material, and the end of the supporter material can be held in the mold matching part of the lower mold and the upper mold of the foam molding mold, and when the pad material is foam molded, the stock solution of the foamed synthetic resin is used to mold the molds. There is no leakage from the inside to the outside,
By impregnating the end of the supporter material, it can prevent the leakage of the foamed synthetic resin stock solution, prevent the occurrence of flakes, and improve work efficiency by eliminating the need for complicated post-finishing processes such as removing flakes. In addition, when this integrally molded product is installed on a seat frame, etc., the end of the skin material covering this integrally molded product can be treated with the end of the supporter material to the seat frame, etc., so that the end of the skin material is directly attached to the seat frame. Since they do not come into contact with each other, it is possible to obtain an integrally molded product of the supporter material and the pad material, which can protect the skin material.
