[Prior art] Conventionally, for example, prefabricated houses such as prefabricated houses,
It is well known that it is widely used because it is easy to assemble and disassemble. In this type of prefabricated house, for example, as shown in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 54-118615, a vertical frame is also formed using square steel vibrators, and a lateral frame member is attached to the frame. The method of assembling the structure is to construct the structure, form a beam, and then fix the exterior panel onto the molded material using fixing tools such as bolts. Furthermore, in order to maintain a certain level of structural strength in this prefabricated house, it was necessary to provide diagonal braces. In addition, as shown in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 51-42970, for example, when a panel-shaped object having 9 sections of 7 runs is mounted, the section 1 and the pillar member provided with the flange section can be connected to each other by combining these 9 sections of 7 runs. There was one in which the house was assembled by fitting clips into this. [Problem to be solved by the invention 1] However, each corner of the above-mentioned conventional prefabricated house is
In order to secure the necessary strength LJ, square pipe-shaped pillars made of S are installed, which not only increases the number of parts for the house tub components, but also increases the number of assembly steps. It is difficult to unitize the method, making it impossible to achieve the intended purpose of a prefabricated building.Furthermore, in conventional prefabricated houses, external panels or window frames are attached to the frame and beams. Since the parts to be mounted are fixed tightly, there are problems such as poor ventilation between the two and the formation of dew condensation, making it impractical. As shown in Publication No. 51-42970, simply connecting the column and the attached flange parts of the members with clips in a house improves ventilation, but the strength of the house is weak. However, it has not been put to practical use, and assembly work from the outside of the house is difficult, which poses a problem in terms of workability.The present invention solves the above problems, When attaching the body, the one-shaped corner body and the object to be attached can be easily and reliably assembled while adjusting each other through a separate corner wall body between the body and the body;
In addition, it is possible to maintain the necessary strength at the corner of a building without installing columns or braces, and it is also possible to prevent the occurrence of condensation and to provide insulation pipes/llf for prefabricated buildings. The purpose is to provide [Means for Solving the Problems] In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the present invention has a structure in which a plurality of holes are formed by bending each other at substantially right angles from the center, and a plurality of holes are drilled at predetermined intervals in the longitudinal direction. The L you set up? A '-shaped corner body, holes are bored at positions corresponding to the 8 holes of this 1-shaped corner body, and a first bent part that is bent at an approximately right angle to the back side is integrated at the end. A second bent part is formed at the end of the first bent part and is bent at a substantially right angle to the surface side, and further, at the end of the second bent part, A third bent part bent at a substantially right angle is integrally formed on the back side,
Furthermore, a fourth bent part is integrally formed at the end of the third bent part, which is bent at a substantially right angle to the surface side, and furthermore, this fJX
A fifth bent part is integrally formed at the end of the fourth bent part at a substantially right angle to the surface side, and further, a fifth bent part is formed at the end of the fifth bent part at a substantially right angle to the surface side. 6th fold IJJ slightly bent
A corner member is provided with a pair of corner walls that are attached to the above-mentioned cross-shaped corner body integrally formed with the i portion, and 8 holes are provided in either the above-mentioned cross-shaped corner body or the corner walls. Correspondingly, a fixing device is fixedly installed, and the hole bored in the single-shaped corner body or the corner wall body to which the fixing device is not fixed is made into a horizontally elongated hole. [Example] Fig. 1 to Fig. 4 show an embodiment of the present invention, and Fig. 1 is a plan view showing a wall passage of a prefabricated building using the corner member of the present invention; Figure 2 is an external perspective view of the corner member, and Figure 3 is the joiner key↑? FIG. 4 is an external perspective view of the knob, and is an assembly diagram showing the relationship between the attached part at the corner part and the body. In FIG. 1, the prefabricated building 1 has no pillars in its corner portions 2 and plane portions 5, and as shown in FIGS.
As specifically shown in FIG. 4, a plate-shaped corner member 3 according to the present invention, each having the same length in the longitudinal direction, is a joiner.
It is assembled using the cap 4 and the panel connecting part 5, and the plane part where the exterior panel 6 is located also has a specially shaped panel connecting part 5 without providing any pillars. 5' is a connection reinforcing member at the panel connection portion. Here, the structure of the corner member 3 according to the present invention will be explained with reference to FIG. A pair of equal corner walls 8.8 are formed, and a plurality of holes 9.9 are bored at predetermined intervals in the longitudinal direction near the side edges of these corner walls 8.8. The back surfaces 8a of the corner wall portions 8, 8 correspond to the holes 9, 9, . . . A single-shaped corner main body 11 with fasteners 10, 10, etc. such as nuts fixed on the 8a side, and the corner wall 8
, 8, a plurality of bends 15.16, 1
7.18, 19.20 are successively installed, and horizontally elongated holes 13, 13, .
A pair of corner walls 12 are formed. To further explain this corner wall 12, a first bent portion 15 bent at a substantially right angle toward the surface 12a is integrally formed at the end of the corner wall 12, and A second bent part 16 is integrally formed at the end of the bent part 15 at a substantially right angle to the front surface 12b, and a second bent part 16 is formed at the end of the second bent part 16 at a substantially right angle to the back surface. A third bent portion 17 bent at a right angle is integrally formed, and further this third bent portion 17 is bent at a right angle.
At the end of the bent portion 17 of the
A fifth bent portion 18 is integrally formed at the end of the fourth bent portion 18, and a fifth bent portion 19 is integrally formed at the end of the fourth bent portion 18. A sixth bent part 20 is integrally formed at the end of the fifth bent part 19, which is slightly bent approximately at right angles to the surface side. Reference numeral 21 denotes a concave portion formed by the third bent portion 17 , the fourth bent portion 18 , the fifth bent portion 19 , and the sixth bent portion 20 . By forming a plurality of bent portions in this way, the corner wall body 12 made of a plate material increases the strength in the longitudinal direction, and furthermore, by forming it integrally with the above-mentioned cross-shaped corner body 11, the corner wall body 12 made of a plate material can be made into a plate-shaped corner member. Since the strength in the longitudinal direction is further increased, and the strength is the same as that of a road using columns, it can sufficiently withstand buckling loads. Note that the bending length jl of the first bending part 15 is set to be approximately equal to the length Ll of the step part 6G formed at the end of the exterior panel 6 and serving as an engaging part. When the exterior panel 6 is fitted into the space formed by the bent portion 15, the second bent portion 16, and the third bent portion 17, the exterior panel 6 and the corner wall 12 of the corner member 3 are It becomes a state. Note that the above-mentioned flush state is not necessarily limited to this, and includes cases where the surfaces are not flush (hereinafter, including cases where the surfaces are not flush, the state will be referred to as "another state"). Furthermore, the length 12 between the third bent portion 17 and the fourth bent portion 18 is set to the length J! between the fifth bent portion 19 and the sixth bent portion 20! By setting f longer than 2, the flat part 14 connected to the sixth bending part 20 is connected to the back surface 6 of the exterior panel 6.
It is designed to come into contact with a. This plane portion 1/I is formed to be parallel to the corner wall 12. On the other hand, the stain inner cap 4 to be joined to the corner wall body 12 of the corner portion 443 according to the present invention is made by bending one end of the flat plate portion 22 into a U-shape as shown in the tBa diagram and applying a waterproof backing. It is made of a plate-shaped metal plate forming a backing storage part 24 for storing a backing storage part 23, which has a length corresponding to the length in the longitudinal direction of the corner member 3, and has a backing storage part 24 for storing a backing part 23. Mounting holes 25, 25... are bored at positions corresponding to 9.9...). 26 is the mounting hole 25 of the joiner cap 4 and the oblong hole 13 of the corner wall 12. 1 character corner body 1
This is a bolt that is inserted into these eight holes 25° 13.9 through a washer 27 and screwed into a fixing tool (nut) 10, with the holes 9 of No. 1 corresponding to each other. Next, the action at the corner portion 2 will be explained. FIGS. 2 to 4 show how to assemble the corner member 3 consisting of the above-mentioned corner body 11 and corner wall 12, the joiner cap 4, and the exterior panel 6 to which the body is attached.
This will be explained using figures. A corner member 3 according to the present invention is installed in a space (not shown) consisting of first, second, and third bent portions 15, 16, and 17 that are erected on a base and connected to the corner wall 12. Exterior panel 6
By making the stepped portion 6c (engaging portion) a base, the exterior panel 6 and the corner wall 12 become flush with each other. Then, the waterproof backing 23 stored in the backing storage portion 24 of the joiner cap 4 is inserted into the surface 6 of the exterior panel 6.
b and the attachment hole 25 of the joiner cap 4.
.. 25... and the horizontally long hole 13°13 in the corner wall 12.
... and the holes 9, 9 of the single-shaped corner main body 11 correspond to each other, and insert the bolt 26 through the mounting hole 25, 25, through the washer 27 to the above-mentioned double-shaped corner. It is assembled by screwing into a nut 10 fixed to the corner wall 8 of the main body 11. At this time, since the VL long hole 13 is bored in the corner wall 12, these exterior panels 6 and the corner wall 1
The lateral length relationship between the two parts is W-aligned, and this function is extremely effective for assembling prefabricated buildings with large errors. According to this assembly, the stepped portion 6C of the exterior panel 6
The plurality of bent portions 15.16 of the corner wall 12 constituting the corner member 3 and the joiner cap 4 form the first space C1 and the plurality of bent portions 18.1 of the corner wall 12 forming the corner member 3. A second space C2 is formed by the concave portion 21 having an angle of 19°20 and the back surface 6a of the exterior panel 6, respectively. Therefore, these two spaces 1WC1, 02 function as ventilation holes in the exterior panel 6, so that they can prevent condensation and provide heat insulation during the winter season. This allows weight reduction and unitization by reducing the number of structural members while maintaining a predetermined strength of 1η. In the practical example, the exterior panel 6 is used as the body to be attached, but the present invention is not limited to this, and it goes without saying that an opening frame member such as a panel-shaped door or window may be used. Further, the one-shaped corner body 11, the corner wall 12, and the joyboot tube 4 constituting the corner member 3 may be formed by bending or extruding metal plates such as iron plates, steel plates, or aluminum plates, or may be made of synthetic materials. Of course, any material such as extrusion molded resin may also be used. [Effect 1] As explained above, according to the present invention, the L-shape is formed by bending from the center at substantially right angles to each other and having a plurality of holes drilled at predetermined intervals in the longitudinal direction. A hole is drilled at a position approximately 1J corresponding to the 8 holes of the corner body and the 1-shaped corner body, and a first bent part that is bent at an approximately right angle to the back side is integrated at the end. A second bent part is formed at the end of the first bent part and is bent at a substantially right angle to the surface side, and further, at the end of the second bent part, A third bent part bent at a substantially right angle is integrally formed on the back side,
Further, at the end of this third bent part, a fourth bent part which is bent at a substantially right angle to the surface side is integrally formed, and further, at the end of this fourth bent part, A fifth bent part bent at a substantially right angle is integrally formed, and further, at the end of this fifth bent part,
A corner member is constituted by a pair of corner walls attached to the above-mentioned cross-shaped corner body integrally formed with a sixth bent portion slightly bent at a substantially right angle to the surface side,
A fixing tool is fixedly installed in either the above-mentioned L-shaped corner body or corner wall body corresponding to the 8 holes, and a hole is drilled in the 1-shaped corner body or corner wall body to which this fixing device is not fixed. Since the above-mentioned corner member at the corner part is made of a horizontally elongated hole, it is easy to manufacture because it is a separate M4-shaped corner body and a corner wall body. The drilled hole is a horizontally long hole, so when assembling a prefabricated building with a large margin of error, the body to be installed should be adjusted laterally through the corner wall and fit into the 1-shaped corner body. It can be installed reliably and easily, and it increases the strength in the longitudinal direction at the corner part of a prefabricated building by sequentially arranging a plurality of bent parts at the end of a corner wall made of board material. This allows the strength of the corners to be further maintained without the need for pillars or braces such as square timbers.
. Moreover, if the corner member of the present invention is used, the exterior panel can be made horizontal with respect to the corner wall between the sixth bent part and the joiner cap due to the flat part connected to the sixth bent part. The state is maintained reliably. In addition, the assembly work of the building can be done securely and easily from the outside using tools such as spanners and monkey bars, and the length of time required to assemble the greenhouse can be shortened. It can be turned into pumice, made into units, and has even better breathability, so it has the effect of preventing dew condensation and improving heat insulation.
