The wall panel of the present invention comprises:
A metal panel outer frame, a face material arranged on both sides or one side of the frame, and a resin before curing the panel outer frame and the face material by embedding a part or all of the panel outer frame. It has a heat-insulating foamed resin adhered by the adhesive property of. In this structure, the panel outer frame is made of metal assembled in a rectangular shape, and a pair of face materials are arranged on both sides of the panel outer frame separately from the frame so that the outer peripheral portion is a side surface of the panel outer frame. The heat insulating foamed resin may be filled between the pair of face materials up to a gap between the panel outer frame and the face material. According to the wall panel having this configuration, high heat insulation is obtained by the foamed resin filled inside. Also, due to the adhesive force of the foamed resin, the panel outer peripheral frame, the foamed resin, and the face material are joined without using a joining member such as a screw or a nail, and the strength of the foamed resin allows the base wood for mounting the face material. The crosspiece can also be omitted. For these reasons, it is possible to easily manufacture a wall panel having excellent heat insulating properties with a simple configuration having a small number of parts and a small number of work steps.

The wall panel may be an outer wall panel in which one of the face materials serves as a building exterior material. In the case of the outer wall panel having this configuration, finish painting, tile application, or the like is performed in advance at the factory, and the step of painting the outer surface of the wall panel at the site can be omitted, so that the site work can be reduced. In the case of the outer wall panel as described above, a partition for fitting the joint material may be embedded in the exposed surface of the foamed resin on the panel-side end surface.
This makes it easy to ensure waterproofness even if the joint is a dry joint. Since the foamed resin has a certain degree of softness, it is possible to insert the parting by pushing it after foam molding.

In the outer wall structure, a long hole extending in the longitudinal direction of the base and a circular hole are provided side by side in the longitudinal direction of the base on the upper surface of the base at every interval of arrangement of each wall panel, and the adjacent one wall panel The lower end of the vertical frame member may be bolted to the circular hole, and the lower end of the vertical frame member of the other wall panel may be bolted to the elongated hole. In this case, in each wall panel, the lower end of the vertical frame member on one side is bolted to the circular hole and the lower end of the vertical frame member on the other side is bolted to the elongated hole. With such a configuration, even if there is a slight error in the widthwise dimension between the wall panel and the base, the error can be absorbed and the wall panel can be attached between the base and the body difference. In this case, since each wall panel is attached with a circular hole for the vertical frame material on one side, the accuracy of the attachment position is ensured, and the error is absorbed by the width dimension of the vertical joint between the wall panels. Therefore, there is no error accumulation.

According to the wall panel of the present invention, the panel outer frame made of metal, the face material arranged on both sides or one side of the frame, and part or all of the panel outer frame are embedded to provide the panel. Since the outer peripheral frame and the face material are provided with a heat-insulating foamed resin that is adhered by the adhesiveness of the resin before curing, the panel outer peripheral frame, the foamed resin, and the face material are screwed or nailed. Since it is possible to join with the adhesive force of the foamed resin without using a joining member such as, and because the base wood crosspiece can be omitted due to the strength of the foamed resin, the number of parts is small and the structure is simple and highly accurate. Wall panels can be easily manufactured. When the foamed resin is filled up to the gap between the edge portion of the face material and the panel outer peripheral frame, the adhesiveness is excellent. Also, when a separate foamed resin is interposed in the gap, the separate foamed resin can be used as a flow stop during molding of the foamed resin of the entire panel, and the mold can be simplified. When the base rail is embedded in the foamed resin, it is easy to attach curtain rails, etc., and since the base rail is bonded with the adhesiveness of the foamed resin, it is not necessary to fix it to the panel outer frame, etc. Easy to manufacture. When the wall panel is an outer wall panel in which one of the face materials is the exterior material of the building, it is possible to omit the work of painting the outer surface of the wall panel or pasting the interior plate at the site, and work on site. Can be reduced. If the vertical frame material on both sides of the panel outer frame is made of a material that has strength enough to be used as a building pillar and the wall panel is structurally strong enough to be used as a bearing wall, the pillars at the outer circumference of the building are omitted. Therefore, it is possible to reduce the number of bolts and the work speed when the construction work is reduced.

Further, the outer wall structure of the present invention is characterized in that between the elongated base made of shaped steel and the barrel difference arranged above the base,
Since a plurality of the wall panels are arranged side by side and the upper and lower ends of the vertical frame material of each wall panel are bolted to the body difference and the base, the upper and lower ends of the vertical frame material of the wall panel are bolted to the base and the body difference. By doing so, the wall panel can be easily mounted, and the mounting work can be speeded up. In the outer wall structure, a long hole and a round hole are arranged side by side in the longitudinal direction of the base on the upper surface of the base, and the lower ends of the vertical frame members of the adjacent one wall panel are bolted to the round hole, and the other wall panel When the lower end of the vertical frame is bolted to the slot, even if there is some error in the widthwise dimension of the wall panel, the error is absorbed and the wall panel is accurately positioned between the base and the body difference. Can be installed well.
