３……ステツピングモータ、１４……ロータ軸、
２７……ホルダ、２７ｅ……めねじ部、２８……
バルブ。なお、図中、同一符号は同一または相当
部分を示す。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. モータの回転運動を直線運動に変換する変換機
    構と、この変換機構により直線運動を行うホルダ
    と、このホルダに固着されたバルブとを備え、該
    バルブの移動によつて流体通路面積を可変させ流
    量制御を行う流量制御バルブにおいて、前記ホル
    ダとバルブとを樹脂成形物で形成し、これらホル
    ダとバルブとを熱固着したことを特徴とする流量
    制御バルブ。
