Claims (1)
- ハウジングの内周面に密嵌され内部空間に加圧
流体供給源からの流体圧力が導入される中空エラ
ストマーリングと、該中空エラストマーリングの
内周面に気密的に装着されるとともに、周方向に
適宜の縮み代をもつて複数のセグメントに分割さ
れ、内周面が回転軸の外周面と接触するシールリ
ングとを備えてなることを特徴とする面圧可変型
セグメントシール。
