Claims (1)
- 電気部品実装基板が組み込まれる半導体装置の
ノイズのシールド効果を目的した金属ケースにお
いて、金属ケース本体と、該本体の一部に連結さ
れた複数のリード端子とから構成され、前記本体
とリード端子との連結部に、リード端子を基板に
接続後リード端子を本体から分離させるための切
り込みが形成されたことを特徴とする半導体装置
の金属ケース。
