本発明は一般の家庭における停電時の電力供給を実現す

め、停電時の非常用の電力確保が重要な問題となってき
ている。これに対し、日本の住宅事情、費用等を考慮す
ると場所を取らずにしかも経済的なバックアップ用の電

動的には起動できず、起動するためには人力で行なうか
、又はそのような機能を備える必要がある。しかも、こ
れらの発電機又は電池の日常的な保守は、一般家庭にと

し、この起動信号を受信したときに前記エンジンの起動
を自動的に行なうエンジン起動装置と、前記エンジンと
自動車に搭載された発電機によって発電された電力をケ
ーブルおよびコネクタを介して自動車の外部に供給する
手段とを備え、停電時電力のバックアップを行うように

は電柱7の柱上トランス8から電源ケーブルで引込み、
停電を監視する宅内停電監視装置9と、この監視袋W9
からの停電指示情報により自動車1のエンジン起動装置
2を起動するための制御を行なう自動車制御装置10と
、監視装置9に接続されるとともに、自動車1から得ら
れる直流電力を自動車制御装置10を介して受電して交
流電力へ変換するDC/AC変換回路11とを備え、自
動車1を電源ケーブル6により接続し発電された電力を
宅内の非常用電源を必要とする機器へ供給することによ
り停電時においても宅内機器12をバックアップできる

ーブル6を介して宅内の非常用電力線に供給される。尚
