Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 一対の電極がパン生地と接触して導通する
    ことをもつて、成形発酵時におけるパン生地の所
    定の膨らみ量を検出する自動製パン機の膨らみ検
    出装置において、前記一対の電極を、電極駆動手
    段により、成形発酵時にその先端がパンケースの
    開口部の所定の位置に移動可能に、かつ、焼成前
    に蓋体又は本体に収納可能に設けたことを特徴と
    する自動製パン機の膨らみ検出装置。 (2) 前記一対の電極の長さを可変にしたことを
    特徴とする請求項１に記載の自動製パン機の膨ら
    み検出装置。
