Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide an extremely light red color to a gold alloy by adding a specific proportion of Zn forming intermetallic compound to gold and alloying them. CONSTITUTION:The content of Au as a principal element is regulated to 70-80% by weight ratio and Zn forming intermetallic compound is added as the balance to the above Au, by which an energy band structure and the light absorptivity of electrons are controlled and regulated in the crystalline structure of the colored gold alloy for ornament, and the above alloy can be tinged with uniform and extremely light red color homogeneous in cross section. Accordingly, the artistic attractiveness of personal ornaments, such as accessories, and ornaments can be improved.

<Summary of the gist> Therefore, the invention of this application uses gold, which inherently exhibits a golden yellow color, as a basic element, and adds an element that imparts a desired color to the basic element gold in a predetermined ratio. This invention relates to a colored gold alloy for decoration, which imparts the desired coloring, and in particular, the basic element gold is 70% by weight.
~80, and on the other hand, the additive element for coloring was Zn, which was the remaining weight%, and the Au-7 was uniformly colored in a very pale red.
, n is an invention related to decorative colored gold alloys.

<Prior Art> As is well known, modern civilization often follows metals, and in particular, gold (alloy) has been widely used since ancient times not only in various industrial products but also in ornaments etc. due to its various excellent points. Until today, it has been treated as a symbol of economic power and cultural level.

The concept of a fixed basic color tone of gold-gold, which had been the mainstream until now, was broken, and colorful ornaments that were made of gold alloy but had a color other than the golden color tone were created. There was a need for decorative colored gold alloys that could be used to decorate the interior.

Of course, metallurgical technical and academic research on gold alloys for decoration has been significantly promoted, and for example, improvements in mechanical workability and physical properties have been remarkable. Academic and technical research on color as a metal alloy has been relatively shallow.

From a metallurgical point of view, the so-called color tone of metals, including gold, is said to be due to the energy band structure determined by the crystal structure and the light absorption of electrons. Electrons form the framework of atoms and are wrapped around them.

Therefore, the structure of gold is a face-centered cubic structure (FCC),
By selecting an element from the Hansen phase diagram that forms an intermetallic compound with gold, alloying it, and controlling this structure, the energy band structure and electron light absorption properties are changed, resulting in color tone. It is thought that changes can be expected.

<Problems to be Solved by the Invention> However, at the level of academic and technical development research on the color tone of gold, it is possible to select colorful variations of the decorative gold alloy described above, such as blue, red, green, and purple. However, decorative gold alloys with colors such as
In addition, it is not possible to carry out stamps approved by the Ministry of Finance Mint Bureau, which indicate not only color tone but also economic value, and changes in external color tone cannot be achieved through the above-mentioned machinability improvement technology or surface treatment such as metallurgical treatment. Colors obtained by imparting colors tend to lack homogeneous cross-sectional distribution from a crystallographic point of view, making it difficult to guarantee their asset value.

<Object of the Invention> The object of the invention is to create a new era of gold alloys exhibiting only the traditional golden color based on the above-mentioned prior art, which cannot meet the needs of decorative gold alloys. The problem is regarded as a technical problem to be solved, and the goal is to achieve a homogeneous distribution of the gold alloys that have been accumulated so far without losing any of the good metallurgical technical aspects or without losing their economic value. -
By adding an element that forms an intermetallic compound to gold at a predetermined weight ratio and alloying it, the energy band structure and electronic An excellent ornamental colored gold alloy that is useful in the field of color technology application in the ornament manufacturing industry by changing the light absorption of the gold alloy and making it possible to impart a very pale red color to the gold alloy. We aim to provide the following.

<Means for Solving the Problems> In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the structure of the present invention, which is based on the above-mentioned claims, uses gold as a basic element, and an intermetallic material for the basic element gold. 70-80A u-Z is a decorative colored gold alloy that is colored in a predetermined manner by adding a coloring element that forms a compound, and the coloring element is 7-n, which is uniformly colored in a very pale red. This is a decorative colored gold alloy with n.

Function> The weight ratio of AU as a basic element is 70 to 80%, and the balance is Zn, which is added to form an intermetallic compound, thereby changing the energy band in the crystal structure of the decorative colored gold alloy. The structure and light absorption of electrons are controlled and adjusted, and the cross section is uniform and colored in a very pale red color. It is used as an alternative to the traditional golden yellow color by combining it with other golds. It is used as a decorative material as a colorful gold alloy, and the asset value as a gold alloy is that the cross section is homogeneous.
Technical measures have been taken to ensure that there is no damage due to various distributions.

(Referring to the Munsell standard color chart) Note 2 JIS8102: Color name (general color name) <Effects of the invention> As described above, according to this invention, it has been used as a symbol of wealth that has economic asset value from a historical perspective. In addition to the traditional golden color of gold, by adding additive elements that form intermetallic compounds for coloring in a predetermined weight ratio, the desired color can be uniformly present on the entire cross section. Therefore, various colors can be applied as a decorative colored gold alloy. In particular, by setting the weight ratio to 70 to 80% gold and the balance 7n, the overall cross section is extremely thin. Because it is colored red, it is possible to make it a very pale red color compared to the traditional golden color, giving it a jewel-like color.
The combination with gold alloy can be freely selected, and the excellent effect of improving the artistic appearance of personal items such as accessories and ornaments is achieved.

In addition, since a homogeneous dispersion state can be guaranteed on the entire cross section, it is possible to stamp the quality guarantee of the Ministry of Finance Mint, and it is possible to avoid the phenomenon of value reduction due to wear and tear during use. There is also the effect of being able to do it.
