Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 異種気体流路に一方端開口する管路の所定
位置に清浄な空気を噴出する噴出口を設け、該噴
出口から清浄な空気を噴出してエアーカーテンを
形成し、前記異種気体流路からの異種気体の浸入
を防止するように形成したエアーパージ装置にお
いて、前記清浄な空気の噴出口を前記管路と直角
に半周以下にスリツト状に設け、該噴出口から清
浄な空気を噴出させ管路の反対側の面に衝突させ
る構造としたことを特徴とするエアーパージ装置
。 (2) 異種気体流路に一方端開口する管路の所定
位置に清浄な空気を噴出する噴出口を設け、該噴
出口から清浄な空気を噴出してエアーカーテンを
形成し、前記異種気体流路からの異種気体の浸入
を防止するように形成したエアーパージ装置にお
いて、前記清浄な空気の噴出口を前記管路全周に
管路と直角にスリツト状に設け、該噴出口から清
浄な空気を噴出させ管路の中央部で衝突させる構
造としたことを特徴とするエアーパージ装置。
