    た槽の上部から気体を排気する装置であつて、 槽の長さ方向両端部の上部に排気チヤンバが設
    けられ、両端の排気チヤンバの対向する内側の壁
    の下部の幅方向中央部に吸込口が設けられ、両端
    の排気チヤンバの上部の幅方向中央部よりいずれ
    かの方向に偏つた部分に排気ダクトが接続された
    排気口が設けられている槽の排気装置。 (2) 槽の上部の幅方向両側に、斜め上方を向い
    た複数の空気噴出ノズルが長さ方向に間隔をおい
    て設けられている請求項(1)の槽の排気装置。
