Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 操作レバーと、アクチユエータと、一端に
    前記操作レバーの操作力が他端に前記アクチユエ
    ータの作動力が作用するとともに中間部にパーキ
    ングブレーキ力が作用するバランスレバーと、該
    操作レバーとアクチユエータの相対変位を検出す
    る相対変位検出手段と、該相対変位検出手段で検
    出した相対変位が小さくなるように前記アクチユ
    エータを制御する制御手段と、を備えたことを特
    徴とするパーキングブレーキ装置。 (2) 前記操作レバーとアクチユエータの相対変
    位量を一定値以下となるように規制する規制手段
    を前記バランスレバーの近傍に設けたことを特徴
    とする前記請求項１記載のパーキングブレーキ装
    置。 (3) 前記バランスレバーと前記操作レバーおよ
    び前記アクチユエータの各連結部のいずれか一方
    または両方を前記操作レバーまたは前記アクチユ
    エータの一方のみが作動するとき前記バランスレ
    バーが移動することができるように摺動自在とし
    たことを特徴とする前記請求項１記載のパーキン
    グブレーキ装置。
