- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 出力段に第１、第２パワートランジスタを直列
挿入してその中点より出力すると共に近傍に回路
部を配置したパワーアンプの半導体チツプにおい
て、 上記チツプ表面を略田の字状に区画すると共に
、上記第１、第２各パワートランジスタを偶数に
分割してチツプ表面の第１区画領域と第２区画領
域のそれぞれに第１、第２パワートランジスタが
共に含まれるように配置し、かつ、上記回路部を
上記第１、第２区画領域双方にある第１、第２パ
ワートランジスタに対向してそのそれぞれより略
等距離に位置させたことを特徴とする半導体装置
。
