この考案はALC版からなる床版および壁版の

鉄筋コンクリートまたはコンクリートの布基礎
1の天端上にはL形断面の受鋼材2がアンカーボ

ーボルト等により固定することができる。なお柱
脚金具8の下部フランジ、アンカーボルトを設け
るため、これに対応すべき部分については床版6

き、従来例では柱脚金具の下にライナーを挿入し
ていたのが必要なくなり、柱脚金具を受鋼材に直
接取付けるので施工が容易となる。さらに壁版と
床版との間隙部に充填するモルタルが換気孔部分
で落下するのを防ぐことができる。また、受鋼材
上に床版を載置するので受鋼材を布基礎外面より
長く張出して壁板を受鋼材上に載置しても安定し
