  1. 液晶表示パネルに対して垂直方向に移動する移
    動アームと、この移動アームに取付けられ前記液
    晶表示パネルの接続端子に対応するプローブ針を
    有するプローブカードと、このプローブカードに
    接続され前記プローブ針を介して前記液晶表示パ
    ネルの接続端子に液晶駆動用の信号を送出する液
    晶駆動回路とを具備してなることを特徴とする液
    晶表示パネルの欠陥検査装置。
