Claims (1)
- 前側回転軸がカツプリングを介して後側回転軸
に接続される回転機械の軸アライメント検出器に
おいて、上記前側回転軸の軸受に固定され発光器
、半導体位置検出素子がそれぞれレンズを介して
後記する後側検出器の半導体位置検出素子、発光
器に対向する前側検出器と、上記後側回転軸の軸
受に固定され発光器、半導体位置検出素子がそれ
ぞれレンズを介して上記前側検出器の半導体位置
検出素子、発光器に対向する後側検出器と、上記
両検出器の出力に基づいて上記両軸のアライメン
トを出力する演算装置とを具えたことを特徴とす
る回転機械の軸アライメント検出器。
