Claims (1)
- 入力がそのベースに加えられて制御されるトラ
ンジスタを介して得られる出力電流を検出する電
流検出用の抵抗素子、この抵抗素子の両端の電位
差を取出す差動アンプ、この差動アンプの出力が
与えられそのゲインがデイジタル・コードで設定
されるプログラマブル・ゲインアンプ、及びこの
プログラマブル・ゲインアンプの出力がその発光
ダイオードに加えられて前記出力電流の大きさを
制限するリミツタ用のフオト・カプラを具備し、
前記電流検出用の抵抗素子より出力を取出すよう
に構成したプログラマブル・リミツタ。
