Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a signal with less stop noise and erasure noise at recording by providing a partial magnetized face magnetized and a non-magnetized face arranged alternately on a contact face. 極着磁面(3)およびS極着磁面(3)′  とし、然
るのち前記接触面(1)の中央個所に2極着磁用磁気ヘ
ッド装置(8)によるN極およびS極の着磁工程を一回
で行って同中央個所に部分着磁面(4)および無着磁面
(5)ヲ、また前記接触面(1)の両側個所には着磁工
程を施さずに同両側個所に無着磁面(5)を夫々設けた
ものであり、 第5図乃至第8図に示す第2実施例は前記第1実施例と
同じようにして一方全側面および他方全側面をN極着磁
面(3)およびS極着磁面(3)′とされたヘッド本体
(2)を構成したのち接触面(1)の中央個所に1極着
磁用磁気ヘッド装置α@によるS極の着磁工程を1回で
行って同中央個所に部分着磁面(4)を、また前記接触
面(1)の両側個所には着磁工程を施さずに同両側個所
に無着磁面(5)を夫々設けたものである。

よび歪率が極めて良い製品の提供を可能とする著効かち

よる1回の部分着磁法を施すこと(第2図および第3図
もしくは第6図および第7図参照)により得ることかで
きるものであって前記従来の着磁用磁気ヘッド装#をず
らす要領によるものよりも時間も手数もかからない簡単
且つ容易な手段で完成品を得ることができ極めて生産性
がよく量産にも適しているものである。
