<Problems to be Solved by the Invention> By the way, in the above-mentioned prior art, the former means does not cause the fluff of the wick to come into contact with the filament of the ignition heater, causing the filament l to be cut, or to cause heat to be taken away by the fluff and become red-hot. There were some problems, such as difficulty. In addition, as a means of the latter,
-22453 and Japanese Patent Publication No. 54-21010 are as follows: 1. The fluff on both sides of the core material, which corresponds to the α-input area, may be deformed due to contact with the operator's hands or the combustion appliance when the wick is assembled into the combustion appliance, and due to combustion heat, especially high temperatures during dry firing. Heat deformation of the glass fibers in the fluff, volume deformation due to burning of flammable components such as rayon cloth or flame-resistant fibers, and shrinkage deformation due to tar formation due to long-term combustion or bad kerosene combustion, etc. Since the distance to the heat generating part changes, there is a problem that the ignition performance becomes extremely unstable.
The method disclosed in Publication No. 2-21424 heats and evaporates the fuel contained in the wick using a coated electric heating resistance wire provided inside the wick, and then heats and ignites the vapor in another electric heating resistance wire in the initial combustion zone. Therefore, the required power is naturally large, and there is a problem in that a normal 100 volt AC power supply must be used and a wiring cord is required.

In addition, the fuel is heated and evaporated by a coated electric heating resistance wire, and before it is heated and ignited by another electric heating resistance wire in the initial combustion zone,
There is also the problem that it takes time. (The normally required ignition time is about 1 to 3 seconds.) During this time, there is a major drawback in that white smoke and unpleasant odors are generated due to fuel vapor. Furthermore, since the device disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 45-310 has a built-in heating wire, it takes a long time for the generated fuel vapor to reach the ignition point. During this time, there are major disadvantages in that white smoke and unpleasant odors are generated by the fuel vapor, and since it takes a long time, it is necessary to rely on a 100-volt AC power source other than dry batteries, and the combustion equipment requires a wiring cord, making it portable. It is inconvenient. Furthermore, the method disclosed in Publication of Utility Model Publication No. 47-10603 has problems such as it takes a considerable amount of time to ignite even if it is provided with a notch, and white smoke and odor are generated. The device disclosed in Publication No. 30268 requires a large amount of power because heating wires are arranged all around the wick, and since it cannot be ignited with dry batteries, it requires a wiring cord and is inconvenient to carry. Further, with this configuration, it is difficult to fix the heating wire in a predetermined position, and it is impractical. Furthermore, Utsukai Showa 61-69665
In the method disclosed in the above publication, the notch part of the nonflammable fiber core is easily deformed, so the distance between the ignition filament and the inner wall of the notch, which is the ignition part, is unstable, and there is no certainty as compared to the predecessor. . In addition, since the noncombustible fiber core is fluffed, the ignition filament and the fluff come into contact with each other, causing heat loss from the ignition filament, making it less likely to become red hot.

Furthermore, since the upper part of the notch is open, it is difficult to protect the ignition heater and there is a problem that the wire is easily broken.

That is, in the case of ignition by incorporating an ignition heater into the wick itself, the distance between the heat generating part of the ignition heater and the fluff changes due to deformation of the fluff at the ignition site, 1 and the direct flame performance becomes extremely unstable.

Because the amount of electricity required to heat the heater is large, it is not possible to use a small power source such as a dry cell battery, and since a 100-volt AC power source is used, a wiring cord is required, making it inconvenient to carry the combustion appliance. (It can only be used where there is a power source.)

Furthermore, the distance between the ignition metal filament 5 and the opposing inner circumferential edge 6 does not change even after long-term combustion, and stable and reliable ignition can always be achieved. Further, the fuel supply to the heat-resistant hard plate-shaped body 2 in the ignition window 4-L section is insufficient to maintain normal combustion due to the presence of the flame-resistance window 4, and the fuel is always in an empty firing state. As a result, even when a fuel containing bad components such as bad kerosene is used for combustion, tar adhesion to this part is difficult and less, and ignition is carried out stably and reliably. In addition, it uses less electricity and can be ignited quickly, so it consumes less electricity, and the dry batteries can be used for a long time without having to be replaced, and since it does not require a 100-volt AC power source, it does not require a wiring cord, making it convenient to carry. . In addition, since the metal filament 5 for ignition is housed within the two direct fire windows 4 of the heat-resistant hard plate-like body 2, it is unlikely to come into contact with other obstructions, and damage such as wire breakage and deformation will not occur. Hard to occur. In addition, since ignition occurs quickly, fuel vapor is not dissipated into the surrounding area, and no white smoke or odor is generated during ignition. Furthermore, unlike the conventional ignition method where the burner is tilted during ignition and ignited through the open gap between the burner and the fire pan, it is possible to achieve so-called static ignition where the burner is ignited without tilting it, so no soot is generated during ignition.

Furthermore, since the heat-resistant hard plate-like body 2 having fuel permeability is made of porous ceramic material 12, it is robust and does not wear out, and the shape of the ignition window 4 does not change over a long period of time.
The interval between the two is maintained constant, and 2α fire can be reliably performed for a long period of time.

Also, a part of the edge 1 of the heat-resistant hard plate-like body 2 forming the heat-resistant core 3
A notched recess] 8 is formed, an ignition window 4 is bored in the notch recess 18 at a position slightly below the edge 14, and an ignition metal filament 5 is provided in the ignition window 4, An attached body 8 made of the same material as the heat-resistant hard plate-like body 2
is detachably attached, and the ignition metal filament 5 is disposed opposite to the inner peripheral edge 6 of the ignition window 4 with a small gap 15,
Even if the ignition metal filament 5 is broken due to a fire or the like, it is only necessary to replace the mounting body 8 with a new one, so parts costs are low and the work can be easily done even by an amateur.
