<< Problems to be Solved by the Invention >> In the former technique described above, the former means is that the fluff of the wick comes into contact with the filament of the ignition heater, and the filament is cut, or the fluff absorbs heat to cause red heat. There were problems such as difficulty. As a means of the latter, Japanese Patent Publication Sho 52
What is disclosed in Japanese Laid-Open Patent Publication No. 224453 is that the fluff portions at both ends of the core material corresponding to the ignition portion are deformed by the hand of the worker or the contact with the combustion appliance when the core is incorporated into the combustion appliance, Also, due to high temperature such as empty heating, thermal deformation of the fluff part,
Furthermore, due to shrinkage and deformation due to tar formation due to long-term combustion, bad kerosene combustion, etc., the distance between the heat generating part of the ignition heater and the igniting part of the wick changes, and the distance between the heat generating part of the igniting heater and the igniting part of the wick changes. There is a problem in that the ignition performance becomes extremely unstable because of a problem such as separation.

Further, in the structure shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, since the notch 31 of the non-combustible fiber core 30 is easily deformed, the notch 31 of the ignition heater 30 is easily deformed.
The distance between the filament of No. 3 and the inner wall of the notch 31 which is the ignition site is unstable, and ignition is not reliable. Since the non-combustible fiber core 30 is fluffed, the cutout 3
No. 1 is also fluffed, the filament of the ignition heater 33 and the fluff come into contact with each other, and the heat of the filament of the ignition heater 33 is lost.
Since the upper part is open, the filament of the ignition heater 33 is hard to be protected, and there is a problem that the wire is easily broken.

Further, the small gap 15 at the inner peripheral edge 6 of the ignition window 4 which faces the metal filament 5 for ignition is 0.3 to 5 mm, preferably 1 to 3 mm. If this distance is too short, too much fuel vapor is generated, and the mixture ratio of fuel vapor to air is too high to cause ignition, and if it is too far, too little fuel vapor is caused to cause ignition.

<< Effects of the Invention >> The present invention has the above-described configuration, and since the inner peripheral edge 6 of the ignition window 4 that faces the ignition metal filament 5 is made of porous ceramics, the ignition window 4 The inner peripheral edge 6 has no fluff and is smooth, and the distance from the ignition metal filament 5 can be accurately set. Further, since the heat-resistant hard plate-like body 2 has fuel permeability, it contains an appropriate amount of fuel, The fuel is quickly evaporated from the surface of the metal filament 5 for heating and ignited easily and quickly.

Further, the fuel supply to the heat-resistant hard plate-like body 2 above the ignition window 4 is
Due to the existence of the ignition window 4, it is not sufficient to maintain normal combustion, and always becomes a dry state. As a result, even if the fuel is burned using a fuel containing a bad component such as defective kerosene, the tar is not significantly attached to this portion, and stable and reliable ignition is performed.

Further, in the small gap 15 at the inner peripheral edge 6 of the ignition window 4 which is opposed to the ignition metal filament 5, if this distance is too short, too much fuel vapor is generated, and the mixing ratio of fuel vapor to air is too high. It is difficult to ignite, and if it is too far, the amount of fuel vapor is too small to make it difficult to ignite. However, the distance between the metal filament 5 for ignition and the inner peripheral edge 6 opposite to it does not change even after long-term combustion and is always stable. As a result, reliable ignition can be performed, and since the ignition is performed quickly, fuel vapor is not diffused to the surroundings, and white smoke and odor at the time of ignition are not generated.

In addition, it consumes less power and consumes less power because it can be ignited quickly, and the dry cells can be used without replacement for a long period of time, and since there is no need for a 100-volt AC power supply, there is no wiring cord, and it is easy to carry a burning appliance. It is convenient.

Also, the metal filament 5 for ignition is housed in the ignition window 4 of the heat-resistant hard plate-shaped body 2. The metal filament 5 for ignition is separated from the metal filament 5 for ignition through the end portions 22, 22 at both ends thereof. Along with the inner peripheral edge 6 of the ignition window 4, the metal filament 5 for ignition and the end portions 22, 22 are made of the heat-resistant core 3.
Since it is fixed in the ignition window 4 so that it does not stick out further, it is less likely to come into contact with other obstacles and the like, and damage such as disconnection and deformation does not occur easily. It is suitable as a core for oil stoves and oil stoves for adjustment.

That is, according to the present invention, the inner peripheral edge 6 of the ignition window 4 has no fluff, and the distance between the ignition filament 4 and the ignition metal filament 5 can be accurately set. Further, the heat-resistant hard plate 2 has fuel permeability. When a fuel containing an appropriate amount of fuel is rapidly evaporated from the surface by heating from the ignition metal filament 5, the fuel is ignited easily and quickly, and the fuel is burned using a fuel containing a bad component such as defective kerosene. However, tar adhesion to the inner peripheral edge 6 of the ignition window 4 is extremely small, stable and reliable ignition is performed, and the distance between the metal filament 5 for ignition and the inner peripheral edge 6 opposite to each other is long even if combustion is performed. It does not change and can always be steadily and reliably ignited, and since it is ignited quickly, fuel vapor is not dissipated to the surroundings, and white smoke and odor at the time of ignition are not generated, Furthermore, a small electric train Moreover, because it can ignite quickly, it consumes less power, can be used without changing the dry cell for a long time, is convenient for carrying a burning appliance, and the ignition metal filament 5 and the end portions 22, 22 are more than the heat-resistant core 3. Since it is fixed in the ignition window 4 so that it does not stick out, contact with other obstacles and the like is less likely to occur, damage such as disconnection and deformation is less likely to occur, and the core is further raised and lowered to adjust the heating power. It is suitable as a core of an oil stove and an oil stove for carrying out, is robust and does not wear, does not change the shape of the ignition window 4 for a long period of time, and keeps a small gap 15 at a constant interval to ignite for a long period of time. It has an industrial effect such as being surely performed.
