着されたアウターピストンと、 前記インナーチユーブの内周面に摺動可能に装
着されたインナーピストンと、 前記アウターピストン及び前記インナーピスト
ンにそれぞれ設けられて互いに吸引し合う永久磁
石と、 前記シリンダ室に圧流体を供給するためのポー
トと、 前記インナーピストンに連結され前記シリンダ
カバーの内の少なくとも一方を貫通するロツドと
、 前記ロツドに対して軸方向に相対移動可能で回
