Claims (1)
- 軸方向の端面側にヨークを夫々有する駆動用磁
石および被駆動用磁石がシリンダチユーブの内部
および外周囲に夫々該シリンダチユーブの軸方向
に沿つて変位自在に配設され、前記駆動用磁石側
と前記被駆動用磁石側とが前記シリンダチユーブ
を介して磁気的に結合されていることにより、前
記シリンダチユーブの内部に供給される流体圧に
よつて変位される前記駆動用磁石側に前記被駆動
用磁石側が同伴されて変位される磁石式シリンダ
装置であつて、前記駆動用磁石側のヨークおよび
前記被駆動用磁石側のヨークの軸方向の幅員が、
前記駆動用磁石側および前記被駆動用磁石側の両
端に配設されるヨークと、前記駆動用磁石側およ
び前記被駆動用磁石側の磁石間に配設されるヨー
クとで互いに異なつていることを特徴とする磁石
式シリンダ装置。
