Claims (1)
- ハウジング内で回転自在に保持されるターゲツ
ト棒と、ガラス微粒子を生成して上記ターゲツト
棒の周囲に該ガラス微粒子を堆積させるバーナと
、該バーナに対して上記ターゲツト棒を挟んで対
向配置される排気用チヤンバと、該バーナ及びチ
ヤンバを上記ターゲツト棒の長手方向にトラバー
スさせる機構と、上記チヤンバにそれぞれの一端
が取り付けられており、上記のトラバース方向に
関して互いに反対方向に延びる屈曲自在な２本の
排気用ダクトとを備えることを特徴とするガラス
微粒子堆積装置。
