ーパントガス又はドーパント蒸気導入管からなる
アークチヤンバー本体において、前記アークチヤ
ンバー本体の内部に設置する前記スリツトを平行
直下に設置する前記フイラメントの表面構造を波
形、もしくはうろこ状の形状にした事を特徴とす
るアークチヤンバー用フイラメント。
