Claims (1)
- 真空ダクトの一部をなす筒状体の途中に、その
周壁の一部を薄肉にして形成した筒状ベローズが
設けられ、該筒状ベローズの内側に、その前後位
置で筒状体の内壁面に接触するとともに筒状ベロ
ーズよりも導電性の高い直管状の短絡管が摺動自
在に挿入されていることを特徴とする粒子加速器
用真空ダクト。
