- 電気素子のチツプを嵌合する第１の折曲部によ
り前記電気素子のチツプを位置決めし前記電気素
子のチツプに設けられた電極に接続される複数の
端子を備え、少なくとも３本の前記端子は前記電
気素子のチツプを嵌合する第２の折曲部を有して
前記電気素子のチツプを保持することを特徴とす
る電気素子用リードフレーム。
