Prior Art and its Problems Conventionally, this type of seat cushion has been provided with a pair of hangers at opposing positions on a cushion frame, as described in Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 58-190062.
There are known hangers in which metal scraping noise between the cushion spring and the hanger is prevented by hooking both ends of the cushion spring to the spring hook portion of the hanger with a covering in between.

However, when applying anti-rust coating to each of the above-mentioned parts, the coating must be applied separately before the cushion spring is hung on the hanger, that is, before each part is assembled. This is because, since a nonconductor such as vinyl chloride leather is used as the covering, there is no electrical continuity between the hanger and the cushion spring, and electrodeposition cannot be applied when they are assembled together. Therefore, not only was it time-consuming and expensive to paint, but there was also the problem that part of the paint would peel off during assembly.

Structure of the Invention In order to achieve the above object, the present invention forms a conductive space in a part of the covering body, brings the hanger and the cushion spring into contact with each other through the conductive space so that electricity can be passed through the conductive space, and the shoe The cushion spring is stretched over the cushion frame and is integrally electroplated.

DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENTS In the drawings, 1 is a pipe-shaped cushion frame, 2 is a hanger welded and fixed to the opposite position of the cushion frame 1, and 3 is a chloride plate arranged on the inner surface of the curved spring hook part 2a of the hanger 2. A covering body made of a non-conductor such as vinyl leather, 4 is a cushion spring bent in an S-shape, and both ends 4a of this cushion spring 4 are hooked to the spring hooking portion 2a with the covering body 3 in between. , metal scraping noise is prevented.

The spring hook part 2a of the hanger 2 is crimped with a notch 5 as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3 after hooking both ends 4a of the cushion spring 4. The cushion spring 4 and the hanger 2 are in contact with each other so as to be able to conduct electricity by breaking a part (conductive space 3a).

With the cushion spring 4 of the cushion frame 1 stretched as described above, the cushion spring 4, the hanger 2, and the cushion frame 1
Since they are electrically conductive, they can be electrodeposited together. Therefore, costs can be significantly reduced compared to the conventional case of painting each part separately, and since they are painted as one piece after assembly, only a portion of the painting of the cushion frame 1 and cushion spring 4 can be done. I haven't had any problems with it peeling off.

In the above embodiment, when the hanger 2 is caulked, the covering 3 is torn to form the conductive space 3a. However, if the covering 3 is difficult to tear, the covering 3 can be broken in advance as shown in FIG. A conductive space 3a may be formed in the area 3.

Effects of the Invention As is clear from the above explanation, according to the present invention, a conductive space is formed in a part of the covering, and the hanger and the cushion spring are brought into contact with each other through this conductive space so that electricity can be passed through the conductive space. Therefore, the cushion spring can be electrodeposited integrally with the cushion spring stretched over the cushion frame, which greatly streamlines the painting process. Furthermore, since the paint is applied after assembly, there is no problem of damage to the paint film during assembly.
